We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.

We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

Matthew arrived on time, was very pleasant, polite and professional. He reviewed the problem and asked several questions around the fridge, he was knowledgeable and helped me understand why the fridge was not working properly. He advised me of the next steps I should take. He was efficient and did not consume a lot of time, did the job and left. Very good service.

Matthew arrived on time, was very friendly, and did a great job with the washing machine. We had a full explanation of the problem. Matthew then took all the covers off and replaced the broken parts. The machine has never been this quiet, not even when it was out of the box. We are very grateful for the fantastic service provided by Matthew.

From my first contact with the repair guys to fixing my washing machine they could not have been more helpful. In my view they went far beyond what was required of them. The repair was arranged quickly and to suit my availability. The engineer Pete arrived on time, was very polite, knowledgeable and very efficient in diagnosing the problem and fixing the machine.
