We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.

We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

We had our Washer/Dryer fixed today by Matthew. Brilliant service from him. Knew exactly what he was doing, done his job quickly and was very helpful with information for future problems thatay occur. Would highly recommend them.

Matthew arrived on time. He was conforming to government guidelines on covid. Did a good job on checking out the fault on the washing machine. He did what was necessary and job well done. Very polite, pleasant person. We were kept up to date by the company at all times.

The service engineer that came, Matthew, was very prompt and polite. kept me informed all the while. received a time slot by text and a further text saying he was on his way. The company, in general, is very good at arranging the appointment.

These guys were called out by Richer Sounds to fix my TV. Very prompt service. I was kept informed throughout every step of my repair( including where parts were ordered, their arrival and completion) I was given a time frame for everything and always kept informed of any developments. My TV is back, fixed and looking at the paperwork has been given a full service. I would not hesitate to use this company again. All of this and I never left my home either .
