We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

Matthew from the Repair Guys arrived to fix my faulty washing machine purchased from AO. It had started to bounce out from under the counter when on a spin like something possessed. Matthew kindly texted me in the morning to give an ETA and repaired the fault as it hadn't been installed correctly. He tested the spin cycle and it now runs as it should. Thank you very much for excellent service.

We had Matthew from The Repair Guys out this morning to fix our refrigerator, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Matthew was incredibly professional and clearly knew his stuff, getting our fridge back in working order quickly. What really stood out, though, was how friendly and patient he was with my two curious children, who, let's just say, were "helping" a lot! He managed to keep them entertained and engaged without missing a beat on the repair. Fantastic service all around – highly recommend The Repair Guys, especially if you get Matthew!

Matthew did a great job fixing our tumble dryer. His communication was great, letting us know exactly when to expect him. He carried out a diagnostic check on his first visit and advised us clearly on what needed to be done. The office staff were friendly and helpful when I called to confirm having the repair done. Once the parts arrived, they quickly arranged a follow up visit date and Matthew once again arrived promptly and did a great job. We would definitely use The Repair Guys again. Thank you.

Samsung referred us to this company to carry out a repair under our warranty. It was easy to book and they arranged the appointment quickly. After booking, we were contacted and offered an earlier repair date, as another customer had cancelled. On the day, Matthew phoned ahead of time so that we would know exactly when he would arrive in the 3 hour time window. Matthew was professional, polite and friendly throughout the visit. He identified the fault quickly and the whole repair was completed within the hour, under warranty. Matthew was a very tidy worker and went on to explain the washer's digital codes and how to recalibrate the washer when moving it back into place. I would have no hesitations recommending Matthew and this company.
