We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.

We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

Quick response to call out and kept up-to-date with call out time . On arrival Matthew was polite and very knowledgeable, found the issue with our washing machine quickly and was able to repair it there and then . Will definitely be using Matthew again,thank you .

Cannot rate the technician, Ryan, highly enough. He was prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. He clearly knew his job and the product and conducted his work flawlessly. The office staff were also amazing by bringing forward my appointment so that I could have my washing machine back quicker. Very impressed and satisfied. Thank you again

Kieron, the engineer from The Repair Guys, came twice. Once to diagnose the problem and then again to make the repairs which were complex and took exactly the two hours he said it would take. Kieron was polite, on time, efficient and knowledgable. Communication throughout was excellent and the predicted times accurate, allowing me to leave work and return home for the shortest time. The appliance was recently out of guarantee and I’d also like to praise Samsung for standing behind their product and engaging their contracted repairers, The Repair Guys, to do the repair. I purchased the American style fridge freezer from Samsung as the previous identical model lasted 17 years.

The engineer came 8 days early, as he was in the area. Which was fabulous for me, as it was my washing machine. Very polite, he found the problem and dealt with it extremely quickly.

Thank you Repair Guys for an excellent repair service. The repair was booked and complete in less then two days. Matt was really helpful, not only completing the repair quickly and considerately but also gave some great advice on how to use the machine.

from start to finish the Repair Guys have been amazing making contact once assigned the job by D&G the repair guys booked the job promptly and the engineer Matthew was polite and extremly knowledgeable, he diagnosed the fault quickly and order the parts and was back within a few days to fit them the communication from Matthew and the rest of the team was brilliant I would highly recomend them as a company Matthew is a smart,polite,knowledgeable and professional engineer

The Repair Guys were very helpful and although there was a delay with the repair of my Belling oven, this was in no way due to the Repair Guys negligence or lack of effort. The delay was due to waiting for spare parts and a big Bank Holiday in the waiting period! But the communication and after care was 100% Hayden and his colleagues at the office were excellent and helpful. So thank you Guys!
