We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

Craig arrived exactly on time having given me a text message informing me of time of arrival. He replaced the main board on my OLED tv very swiftly and efficiently. Craig was polite and knowledgeable and wore his face covering all the time. He ensured we were completely satisfied with the repair before he left. I would thoroughly recommend the Repairguys and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The TV repair engineer arrived at the specified time and was polite and courteous. His use of protective clothing and method of working was reassuring and the repair was carried out quickly and efficiently. Altogether a very professional and friendly service, both on the phone and in my home.

TV repair, fault found, new screen ordered and fitted within two weeks. Text sent night before giving window of time for visit then phone call fifteen minutes before arrival. They were very efficient, polite, clean and tidy and cleared away all packaging. TV still under guarantee so can't comment on value of service. Would certainly use again and recommend to friends.

Samsung referred a TV guarantee problem to Repair Guys and they were here in a day and responded to Samsung for permission to repair

Excellent level of service, prompt and efficient. I can quite see why Samsung use them. They replaced a screen on site in not long and everything clean and tidy. Also work done on site so no fuss of a loan machine to place and remove.

An engineer was sent over by LG to repair my 60 inch TV. Super quick panel replacement and very professional. The job was completed within 20', with no mess left behind and with the TV put back where it was originally. Overall very satisfied and would recommend 100%.

My washing machine was leaking. Matthew, the engineer, found the problem, which was an installation problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He then carried out a comprehensive diagnostic and function test. He was satisfied that the problem was solved and the machine was operating correctly, as was I. At all times he was friendly and efficient. It’s good to find out there are still people who care about what they do.

Our TV screen developed a fault and was still in warranty from a high street store. Having spoken to Darren from Repair Guys only last week. Craig has just replaced the screen in a very professional way. There was no mess and he even liked my cup of tea. I would strongly recommend this company. Very impressed with their service.
