We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.

We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

Matthew, who came this morning to look at our Samsung Larder Fridge was on time, quick with his diagnosis, courteous, tidy & clean, informative ~ explaining all that we needed to know. I ccannot recommend him & the company highly enough ~ we'd certainly ask them again! Thank-you.

Our Samsung washing machine went wrong under warranty and they used the repair guys to fix it. The communication was great and they kept me up to date. Pete was sent out to have a look at the machine and then also came back once they had the parts. His communication was great, letting us know when we was on the way on both visits. Friendly and helpful and got our machine working again.

Matthew from Repair Guys was extremely helpful and proficient. He was let down by the company supplying spare parts for our washing machine, but always kept us fully informed of any delay. Having got the parts, he fixed the problem and, despite having to carry out a major reconstruction, left everything neat, tidy, and most importantly, working! Highly recommended.

Matthew arrived on time, was very friendly, and did a great job with the washing machine. We had a full explanation of the problem. Matthew then took all the covers off and replaced the broken parts. The machine has never been this quiet, not even when it was out of the box. We are very grateful for the fantastic service provided by Matthew.
