We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.
We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.
We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

Repairguys called us within 48 hours of reporting the issue to Richersounds. An appointment was made within 5 days and Craig turned up promptly on the morning. He quickly diagnosed the fault but had to take the TV to fix. It was returned earlier than expected and the fault was fully repaired. Craig reinstalled the TV and attached all the HDMI and USB connections and made time to explain other problems I was not able to resolve before. Overall a very satisfactory service. If they could offer the loan of a TV on removal it would be excellent.

Matthew arrived on time and parked considerately. He then asked us about the problem and then just got on with the job, explaining the reasons he was doing the job and how to fix it. So I had to report a fault on my Samsung monitor to the main customer care team who gave me loads of wrong information about the repair and such which was frustrating. Luckily Craig from the repair guys contradicted all the bad information by showing up in the time stated, being patient and kind with my dog who's a nervous pup (Added bonus) fixed my monitor really quickly and left it in perfect order. It was a quick, professional and personal visit. Highly recommend.

From first contact, this company were on it; very professional and arrived quickly. My fridge freezer had been making a terrible noise and I was worried it was going to pack up. Hayden was polite, knowledgeable and had come prepared with parts so there was no waiting about for another visit. I’m so thrilled to have found an appliance repair service I can trust. Matthew came out to diagnose the machine and found a fault which he recommended a repair. He was very professional and prompt. The repair was carried out by kieran unfortunately and it wasn't completed correctly causing new problems. Luckily Matthew came back out today and found the fault quickly and fixed it. He was great and gave honest advice and took his work seriously. He is also an expert in his field. Thank you again Matthew.

Our ice maker was crushing ice rather than cubed so I cleared the freezer section near to the ice maker in preparation for a lengthy process.
