I think guys name was Chris. So helpful and even helped mount TV on the wall as needed two people and then set up everything on TV! Nothing a bother and really knew what he was doing….all set up again and ready to view. Stunning service. This is my first time using this company that does work for Sony.

Matthew came out to assess our washing machine as it had been making a noise and not draining. Communication was excellent and he arrived in the time window as promised. He was very knowledgeable and the repair was completed quickly. I would definitely recommend the repair guys

Our 10 year old LG washing machine leaked on a delicates wash, the Repair Guys came out and established the problem and returned on a later appointment to replace parts and offer advice. Both technicians were approachable and gave advice. They were also very helpful regarding not stressing our rescue dog, so thank you for the whole process. Highly commended.

Matt was excellent, very thorough and found the cause of the issue almost immediately. He made the whole process very easy as we need a replacement appliance he dealt with all communication so we don’t need to explain the whole thing over again! Would highly recommend.

Pete called and told us what time he would arrive, he did just that, replaced my tumble dryer door which had fallen and smashed. Pete did all the checks etc, was very pleasant and polite and took our old door away and gave great service.

John concluded that one of the motor brushes were burnt out on our Samsung washing machine. To be on safe side he replaced the motor and fully tested the machine. Good service and very neat and tidy. Just as well it was done under Samsung warranty!

Initial visit to diagnose problem and order part. Took longer than I would have hoped. Second visit saw wrong part had been ordered but the engineer John was fantastic. He had the required part on his van and fitted it with no fuss. He was very professional and explained what was wrong with the fridge and what had been done to make it right. He was clean and tidy, very helpful and left the room and appliance set up as we wanted. Could not have been any better. Thanks to John for the great job done.

Matthew arrived on time and quickly got on with the job in question, he was polite and chatty while doing a good job of fixing the washing machine, the machine was put back in place and Matthew cleaned up though he didn't make a lot of mess. These guys were called out by Richer Sounds to fix my TV. Very prompt service. I was kept informed throughout every step of my repair( including where parts were ordered, their arrival and completion) I was given a time frame for everything and always kept informed of any developments. My TV is back, fixed and looking at the paperwork has been given a full service. I would not hesitate to use this company again. All of this and I never left my home either .

Can’t praise Scott highly enough. Came to fix my tv (under warranty) which needed a new main board. He phoned to let me know he was on his way, and arrived when he said he would. Friendly and polite, and did the work speedily and efficiently. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
