What can I say... My grand babies stayed over Xmas and a toy hit my TV and broke the screen and I spoke to these guys on the 28th picked my TV up on 30th which I thought it would take a week but nope outstanding time scale and camr back like new today what more can I ask for perfect service by ones that understand how you feel to be without something you need to for to long Well done guys thank you so much

My Sony tv broke down last month (Nov) and I was fortunate that it was still under warranty and would be replaced with a like for like tv. The Repair Guys operate on behalf of Sony and the whole team were professional, efficient and friendly. The face-to-face service/installs was backed up by the very effective communications, phone calls/texts, all keeping me updated on delivery dates/times. My experience was faultless and I’d highly recommend them!

Matthew came from the Repair Guys he was very pleasant and listened to my problems with the machine. He worked hard and soon came up with solutions to repair the faults. He ordered some new parts which came within a few days. Returning on Saturday evening after having worked over on Exmoor all day and getting stuck in the snow. He stripped the machine down and fitted the new Bushes and also unblocked the softener compartment. Checking the machine over carefully before he went home. He left a contact number in case I had any concerns. I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend him in the future. Thank you very much Matthew!

We had a repair arranged within 5 working days and our freezer was fixed quickly and efficiently, friendly service.

We had an issue with a Samsung fridge freezer which wasn’t dispensing water and ice correctly. Matthew diagnosed the fault straight away. Curry’s installer had connected the water and ice feeds incorrectly, so the problem should have been sorted by them , not Samsung. The service I’ve had from Curry’s throughout this problem has been very shabby, shame on them! Matthew was in and out , job done and tested within 10 minutes. Great service!

Following my washing machine breaking down my insurance got me in touch with the repair guys and from the second I spoke to them nothing was too much of an issue. They got my details and booked me in for the same day the customer service from the office was fantastic. At about 3.30 in the afternoon had a text from the engineer Matthew saying he was 10 minutes away and true to his word arrived bang on time. On arrival, Matthews's customer service was outstanding, very polite and very professional. He treated my property with respect. Within 5 mins Matthew had diagnosed the problem and away he went to his van and come back in with a new replacement part and he cracked on and got it sorted immediately. Through Matthew being at my property, he was so kind and made the whole family felt we were in safe hands. Within 15mins the machine was fixed and Matthew run a test on it before leaving to make sure this was all in working order. I will be recommending the repair guys to everyone for any appliance repairs in their homes. They are the best in Devon and Cornwall. Absolutely faultless service from start to finish Thank you so much for everything.

Matthew from The Reoair Guys is one of a small team and an authorised repairer for Samsung devices. We had a fault under guarantee with Samsung and Matthew was in and out in minutes having diagnosed the fault and ordered the part. He later returned to fit the part having given us accurate day and time, followed up with a reminder and an ETA text. He was personable, explained the issue clearly and in layman's terms and fixed the issue without fuss... he also cleaned around the appliance for us. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Matthew came today and immediately diagnosed the fault with our Samsung washing machine which he solved without fuss. Pete came to fix my Samsung oven. Still under warranty. Replaced something and now it works. Friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

Sony TV under warranty. After carrying out all the recommended checks TV still would not accept input from the remote. Phoned Sony explained the issues. Sony accepted my response and booked the Repairguys to come and carry out warranty work. Engineer arrived as stated and on time. Put on shoe covers and face mask and entered property. Listened to my side of the issue, disconnected the TV and placed it on his stand. Removed the back, replaced the remote sensor unit. Put it all back together and tested that it all worked. Very good visit with a helpful enginer who knew his job annd took time to explain what he was doing and the problem was sorted. I have given value 5* but in reality it was warranty work and Which will not allow you to leave it blank. Highly recommended.

My Samsung fridge lost its display, so booked for a repair and Matthew the engineer noticed that the wiring on the door was faulty. As it's still under warranty it was free. Only took a few days for the door to be ordered and Matthew came back and put a new one on. Nice and friendly and left kitchen spotless and took all the packaging and old door away in under an hour!

Matthew came today to repair my Samsung washing machine. Very polite and found the problem quickly and sorted it. Speed and efficiency. All left clean and tidy and with a smile all the time. Excellent service.
