Call out was to repair our fridge. Matthew the technician called before arriving, came on time, all masked up, super nice guy. Clearly good at his trade. Explained clearly what he was doing and what was wrong with the fridge. Would totally use this company again.

Craig from Repairguys carried out a replacement Power Board on my LG TV. The replacement part was fitted efficiently and quickly. Very happy with the friendly service received and would definitely have no hesitation in recommending them.

Had a notification of a potential fault on an LG TV. Got in touch with the LG service centre and they appointed RepairGuys to to the job. I was immediately contacted by them, made an appointment and was continually kept updated by text. Their engineer arrived punctually, was friendly & efficient. Job completed quickly and I am very happy with the entire process.

A message flagged up onto screen regarding potential overheating issue on our OLED LG TV, got in touch with LG direct immediately who said they would get someone out to fix it. Repairguys in Exeter responded and came to us this morning Thursday 22nd. Craig came in and replaced the faulty board, very courteous and friendly, job completed very quickly, thank you!

We had to call RepairGuys for a repair under warranty to our Samsung Fridge/Freezer. The initial logging of the call with Samsung themselves was frankly a trial but once the job was passed to RepairGuys, things went well. Phone contact with them was easy and helpful and their engineer (James) turned up promptly as arranged. He was smart, polite and efficient and Covid precautions were observed without being asked. James worked cleanly and efficiently and left everything tidy. Unfortunately (and through no fault of his) the fault remained and a repeat visit was arranged the following week. James did his best and finally made enquiries to discover the fault was irreparable meaning a replacement fridge/freezer was required. RepairGuys presumably liaised with Samsung over this as the next thing was a call from Samsung regarding the replacement arrangements. All in all, we were very pleased with RepairGuys and would be happy to use them again.

Arrived right at the beginning of the time slot I was given. Promptly fixed the TV and did the necessary updates then gave me advice on what to do if I have any more problems in the future after my warranty runs out. Excellent service.

RepairGuys came today to fit parts for my washing machine. From initial call out to fitting of parts, I have been kept up to date. Both initial and parts fit were carried out but a very friendly and experienced engineer (Matthew). Will definitely be going back to RepairGuys if I needed in future and would recommend them very highly.

The Engineer Pete that came to repair the washing machine was very polite and efficient and thankfully had it working again.

Finally had an engineer come to look at our fridge/freezer under warranty. Excellent diagnostic skills, fault found, unable to repair, needs replacing, but wonderful service. Thank you.

We had our Washer/Dryer fixed today by Matthew. Brilliant service from him. Knew exactly what he was doing, done his job quickly and was very helpful with information for future problems thatay occur. Would highly recommend them.

We had an issue with a Samsung oven that was out of warranty. Called Samsung who sent us to these guys. The engineer (Matthew) came out, disassembled the oven and found the fault. He then wrote a report, and got the parts from Samsung under warranty and came and fitted them today. It is hard to fault any part of this process, Matthew was very good at explaining the issue and process. We will be sure to come to the Repair guys in the future when we need help.

Came to do a screen replacement. 2 lovely, polite and efficient men. Got the job over and done with in about 20 minutes and even plugged it all back in for me. Professional service. Would recommend and return. Thank you.

After having been told by the company I purchased the TV from to contact Samsung, these guys were appointed to carry out the repair. They were excellent. Contacted me the same day, visited within 24 hours. Had to order parts. Didn’t have to wait to long. Now all repaired and working well. An engineer was sent over by LG to repair my 60 inch TV. Super quick panel replacement and very professional. The job was completed within 20', with no mess left behind and with the TV put back where it was originally. Overall very satisfied and would recommend 100%.

Excellent level of service, prompt and efficient. I can quite see why Samsung use them. They replaced a screen on site in not long and everything clean and tidy. Also work done on site so no fuss of a loan machine to place and remove.

Following a fault on 65" TV, RepairGuys were appointed as the local service agent by Panasonic to complete an in home service repair. The company did a great job, in particular the engineers assigned, Scott and Steve. Working in peoples home’s during the lockdown period brings own its challenge, they acted with professionalism and made every necessary step to complete the repair efficiently and safely.
