Cannot recommend highly enough. Service was first class with clear communication, message sent re 3 hour time slot the evening before followed by message in the morning with expected arrival time. Repair made to Samsung American Fridge Freezer. Fingers crossed the ice maker will now work! Five stars all round.

Our washing machine failed to complete a cycle so I called for a repair. I was given an appointment the next morning and Matthew arrived by 8.30 - amazing since I only requested it the afternoon before. He was informative and fixed the issue within 30 minutes (replace pump). Very happy with the speed and quality of service.

Matthew from The Repair Guys came out to look at my faulty fridge freezer. Having had no fridge for over a week Matthew was a big help, he was fast, effective, polite and identified the issue promptly. He also explained all the next steps of what would happen next so I was fully aware. Faultless service all round.

Matthew from The Repair Guys came out to look at my faulty washer dryer. He was fast, effective, and polite, identifying the issue and quickly replacing a faulty pump. He explained what he was doing while he worked. I did have to wait roughly a week for a visit because they're busy, but my date and time was communicated to me in advance and confirmed the evening before and again on the day. Faultless service all round

Matthew arrived today to look at a leaking washing machine. Found the fault and replaced broken part during the first visit. Very pleased and would recommend to others.

Matthew fixed my dishwasher problem with outstanding skills and consideration for the working environment. Although a return visit was needed for parts I was kept informed every step of the way. I would certainly recommend them.

Samsung referred us to this company to carry out a repair under our warranty. It was easy to book and they arranged the appointment quickly. After booking, we were contacted and offered an earlier repair date, as another customer had cancelled. On the day, Matthew phoned ahead of time so that we would know exactly when he would arrive in the 3 hour time window. Matthew was professional, polite and friendly throughout the visit. He identified the fault quickly and the whole repair was completed within the hour, under warranty. Matthew was a very tidy worker and went on to explain the washer's digital codes and how to recalibrate the washer when moving it back into place. I would have no hesitations recommending Matthew and this company.

Excellent and professional repair to sort a tricky problem Matthew was very helpful well done the issue was a partially broken cable which was hard to find but Matthew found it by sheer persistence

The Repair Guys were very helpful and although there was a delay with the repair of my Belling oven, this was in no way due to the Repair Guys negligence or lack of effort. The delay was due to waiting for spare parts and a big Bank Holiday in the waiting period! But the communication and after care was 100% Hayden and his colleagues at the office were excellent and helpful. So thank you Guys!

Imagine your car doesn't start and you have it towed to a garage. The mechanics work under the bonnet and carry out 'diagnostic checks'. They call you to say it's ready to collect. You ask them if the car now starts? They say they're not allowed to start it for 'health & safety reasons' - yet all the diagnostic checks appear normal. You go and collect the car - and it still doesn't start. Yet you still have to pay for the 'repairs' and the mechanics say sorry, there's nothing else they can do, as the 'diagnostic checks are all normal'!! THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED WITH OUR BREADMAKER! Although recommended by Panasonic, these 'Repair' guys refused to bake a loaf of bread to confirm our breadmaker was in fact fixed. They're apparently not allowed to bake a loaf of bread due to 'health & safety reasons'!! They shipped it back after 'repairing' it (ie. running 'diagnostic checks that proved normal') - yet it STILL doesn't work - and WE HAD TO FOOT THE BILL ANYWAY!! Of course we're currently complaining to Panasonic about this. Is this not the most ridiculous 'repair' scenario you've ever heard of, or what? 😆

Matthew recently carried out a warranty repair on our tumble drier. Cannot fault the service received. From initial visit through to sourcing parts and final repair, everything was very quick, professional and received good communication on appointment dates and arrival times. Thank you.

Matthew from repair guys came out to diagnose exact issue , he was already sure he knew . Returned the following week and replaced many parts under warranty. Fast and efficient replacement , cleaned the working area and left us with 100% confidence with his work . We couldn’t have asked for anymore luncheon recommend him to anyone ! from start to finish the Repair Guys have been amazing making contact once assigned the job by D&G the repair guys booked the job promptly and the engineer Matthew was polite and extremly knowledgeable, he diagnosed the fault quickly and order the parts and was back within a few days to fit them the communication from Matthew and the rest of the team was brilliant I would highly recomend them as a company Matthew is a smart,polite,knowledgeable and professional engineer

Repairguys came and assessed what needed to be done first of all , Craig then returned with a second technician, Ryan , both were on time and very well mannered. They sorted the problem and were very helpful and cared enough to help place the TV back on the stand, they didn't have to do that . So five star rating for the boys . Thank you again .

Hayden did a great job and has done on all our appliances. Samsung Oven fixed due to a cracked lighting fitting. Has previously serviced our other Samsung appliances with great service. Highly recommend.

Craig from the Repair Guys (working on behalf of Richer sounds Plymouth) attended and repaired my LG TV which had developed a problem with the sound. He assessed the problem and ordered replacement parts during his first visit. Communication was clear throughout the process and he returned to carry out the repair, which was completed quickly. Matthew did a great job fixing our tumble dryer. His communication was great, letting us know exactly when to expect him.
