Good response when I called - he phoned back within a few minutes of my leaving a message that our washing machine pump had failed. I had tried to unblock it myself but the pump cover was stuck. He said he hoped to come the same day. He didn't quite manage this, but he did come within 24 hours and fixed the problem on the first visit. He kept us informed of his expected arrival time. The call out charge was £95 which I consider reasonable, particularly now roads are so congested in west London. His clear advice was "this is a well made machine - no need to buy a new one, get this one fixed".

Amit was quick and efficient at establishing and sorting the problem. Didn't charge me for plumbing on top of his call-out fee, even though the problem was not the dishwasher itself but pipes. Highly recommended and now in my phone book.

Firstly kept me informed via text of his departure from previous job, was very polite and explained clearly what he was doing. Diagnosed fault quickly and having fixed it waited for machine to complete part of the cycle to show it was now working properly. Would recommend.

I'll say it simply ... Amit is the best trades man I have ever had in my home ... professional, pleasant, no nonsense, came the same day to fix my washing machine and stuck to the price he quoted ... can't find that in London when you want one! Worth every penny.

My washing machine was not spinning properly and left clothes wet. I rang Amit and he was able to come less than 2 hours later. Communication was fine. He sorted the problem, cleaned lots of horrible gunk out of the machine, and was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely use him again.

This is the second time l have used Amit, this time to repair a kitchen extractor fan and again have been impressed with how quickly he figures and sorts out the problem.
