We had arranged to do some redecoration around the house, when at the very last minute the wallpaperer announced he would not be able to remove the radiators to paper behind them. Having used Josh before, my first instinct was to call him. He arrived as promised, removed the rads, and came back to re-install them once the wallpapering had finished. No drama. It was 2 visits but he was kind enough to discount the total price.

He was fast, honest and very knowledgeable, identifying the real cause of the issue. Because of his knowledge and honesty he didn't try and sell parts and repairs that would not solve the problem and kept diagnosing the issue, even waiting for more than 30 minutes to observe the drying cycle. The problem he identified avoided a serious fire hazard that required no work on his part to remedy. A rare trader who fully earns his five star rating.

Josh turns up when he says, knows what he is doing, charges fairly and is friendly. He even turned up with the right part for my washing machine. What more could you ask?

Josh was very responsive once I had finalised what I had established the best course of action with his help. In fact I felt I had let the problem of the partly defective appliance drift a little and Josh gave me just the response I needed to deal with the problem expediently and in a cost conscious and effective manner. I was impressed with his business and network approach and he was referred to me by a reliable and well established local electrical trade outlet. He replaced the oven with minimum fuss (and also fixed a minor electrical light fitting snagging issue) and promptly at a mutually convenient time. Good communication skills and a direct and transparent approach is also key which Josh displayed. I was impressed with his background which clearly seems to display all round qualities of involvement in the community including supporting the younger generation and even asked about my professional background which is also interesting. I would not hesitate to recommend Josh as a useful local contact as well as a competent tradesman based upon my experience and I would definitely seek to use his professional support services again.

Josh turned up to install our replacement dishwasher less than 3 hours after I initially called him and he carried out the job in a really professional manner, taking on some additional unexpected work in his stride. He kindly offered to wait in his van when I had to leave to collect my boys from school. He then s completed the job very efficiently when I returned.

My 4 year old Samsung fridge freezer was making a terrible noise and the temperature was too high. I called Josh and he arrived within 3 hours and figured out the problem in minutes. The frost free system had iced up and he managed to get it working again. No other parts were required. He also fitted a new kitchen tap my wife had been nagging me to find someone to fit (who can trust rogue traders in the yellow pages). I'm very happy I didn't call anyone else. Great job and I'm sure I'll be calling you again.
