We provide repair services for washing machines, washer dryers, tumble dryers, cookers, ovens and refrigerators. In addition we carry out additional bathroom and kitchen services such as plumbing , units , extractor fans, toilets, sinks and taps, tiling and refurbishment.

Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs and satisfaction are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

We have been repairing appliances in customers homes for over 15 years.

Josh turned up to install our replacement dishwasher less than 3 hours after I initially called him and he carried out the job in a really professional manner, taking on some additional unexpected work in his stride. He kindly offered to wait in his van when I had to leave to collect my boys from school. He then s completed the job very efficiently when I returned.

My 4 year old Samsung fridge freezer was making a terrible noise and the temperature was too high. I called Josh and he arrived within 3 hours and figured out the problem in minutes. The frost free system had iced up and he managed to get it working again. No other parts were required. He also fitted a new kitchen tap my wife had been nagging me to find someone to fit (who can trust rogue traders in the yellow pages). I'm very happy I didn't call anyone else. Great job and I'm sure I'll be calling you again.

What a fantastic service this company supplies. I cannot recommend more highly this engineer. Not only does he turn out when he says he will but his work is of the highest standard. Fabulous! Anybody who needs a washing machine repaired this is THE man for the job 5 star for sure

Just needed our washing machine and dishwasher serviced. Very quick to come out (although I had said it wasn't an emergency). Nice and pleasant, very helpful. Job done, nice and tidy, and insisted he would tidy up after himself. All in all I am one happy customer.

I have now used this company twice and on both occasions the service was prompt (within 24 hours of making the call); efficient (quickly diagnosed the problem and carried out the necessary repair); and good value (given both occasions required spare parts). I will continue to use the company and would recommend it to anyone.

Top level service. The company was called last night about my oven which was not working. The company contacted me and gave me an estimate of the repair cost. When the repair man came round to fix the oven, he was very meticulous and even cleaned the area around the oven. He tested the oven to make sure it was working after changing the element. Highly recommended!
