Very polite, trustworthy and friendly professional. I managed to track him down as he repaired another appliance many years ago which worked perfectly afterwards. He came on time as promised and he even had the correct part in his van. He showed me the broken part after he took it out which was clearly damaged and swiftly replaced it with the new part. Working perfectly now - thanks to Josh I don't have to fork out on a new machine yet again. And doing a little for the recycling cause into the bargain!

I've just used this company again, same engineer Josh, as another part of my cooker needed replacing (maybe it's time for a new one). As before, Josh turned up when he said he would, did the job with no fuss, charged a reasonable amount and was clean & efficient. Would use again, and happy to recommend.

Josh came as arranged. My dishwasher had stopped working in the middle of a cycle. He spent a long time, firstly draining the remaining water, and then listening to various sounds as he pressed a variety of buttons. He diagnosed the problem and then spent time taking the machine apart. After this he tested it to leave the machine in full working order. The problem was a minute chip of bone china that had got into the machinery. I have no hesitation in recommending Josh to repair any domestic appliance.

I called late Saturday afternoon about a fault with my washing machine. As I work long full time hours Monday - Friday it is often difficult to schedule repairs but the engineer said he could come out on Sunday morning which was fantastic. He was on time, friendly and polite. Quickly solved the issue and I have a wash on less than 24 hours after the machine broke. Would use the company again and definitely recommend.
