Josh was very helpful when my microwave needed fixing on Christmas Eve. He arrived promptly and sorted the problem with minimum fuss. I have since used him to help resolve an issue with my fridge/freezer and again, he provided excellent and timely service. He was polite and courteous throughout and I would certainly recommend him to anyone who has an issue with their home appliances.

We had a fault with our dishwasher on a Saturday morning and it was fixed by early afternoon. Josh attended as promised during the pre agreed time slot and the fault was fixed to our satisfaction. He didn't try and sell us expensive parts and was honest about what was needed. I would definitely use him again and would recommend!

Called following recommendations on this site when washing machine breakdown. Josh managed to fit in a visit the same day. Explained the issues and tried to repair. Explained why certain parts where needed. Kept me updated regularly on delivery of parts. Completed repair after 3 visits all for initial call out. Very impressed as I think many other engineers would have said beyond repair and tried to sell new machine. Josh had even researched issue between visits to make best possible repair.

The repair guy from this company came to my house at the time he said he would and without any messing about repaired my dishwasher. He appeared honest, straight talking and competent.
