Having found a puddle of water at the bottom of our washing machine I decided to call Appliance Repair as they were located fairly close to us. I had no problems getting through but as Josh was on a job he said he would call back. He did, as promised, and asked for details of the problem, the model, etc. He didn't think it was a fault with the machine, and when he arrived promptly at the allotted time the following day I realised he was right. The problem was with the connector, which he fixed quickly. He is a knowledgeable fellow, and the prompt friendly service means that if needed I will not hesitate to call upon their services again

We contacted Appliance Repairs after our dishwasher broke and Josh arrived the same day that we called. Unfortunately our 16-year old machine was beyond economic repair but he outlined our options and gave some recommendations as to what we may want to consider as a replacement, without any pressure put on us to buy from him. I was very impressed with his attitude and knowledge as well as his friendly, open manner.

I contacted this company after my freezer stopped working and I couldnt find any company who could help for over a week. Amit could not have been more helpful, he sorted the problem on the same day as i called him. I am highly impressed with the customer service this company give and I cant recommend Amit highly enough.

I just had Josh in to fix my electric oven which has given up at Christmas. He was fast, efficient, tidy and did the job within 20 minutes including getting the part from his car. Called only yesterday and requested to come next day which he did. I will definitely use them again for installation, planning on buying a new ceramic hob!

Spoke to Josh Saturday morning regarding fitting a new washing machine seal. He visited me the same day, checked the existing the seal and explained that it was sound bar some minor wear. We decided to go ahead anyway and Josh returned on Sunday afternoon to fit the new seal. While washing his hands, he fixed a problem with our toilet seat. A two-fer! My first recommendation on Which local and glad to do so.

Josh has worked on our oven once and on our washer-dryer a couple of times. On each occasion he came round within a couple of hours of our call (once on a Saturday afternoon no less!) and gave us an immediate diagnosis and estimate. Repairs were completed in a couple of days' time at rates far less than we expected. When our washer-dryer was not economical to repair he levelled with us straight away and advised us on our next purchase. Service has always been prompt, exceptionally courteous and great value for money. Recommend without hesitation.

Fantastic service. I was very disappointed by Dyson's refusal to repair my washing machine even after I had obtained the required replacement door locking mechanism. Josh arrived within an hour of receipt of the replacement part, fixed the problem and charged only ÔøΩ55. Wonderful to have my Dyson washing machine working again rather than assigned to the scrapheap! I highly recommend Josh as a domestic appliance repairer

I called A J Appliances to repair my ailing dishwasher. Josh was prompt in attending and accurately diagnosed the problem giving me advice on the comparative cost of repair versus a new machine. I decided on repair which Josh carried out with professionalism. Josh subsequently repaired my dishwasher which he again dealt with speedily, pinpointing the problem and effecting an immediate repair. I am happy to recommend his work to others.

AJ Appliances sorted out my Neff Fridge Freezer. Gave me good advice and re-gassed the Fridge and it is now working perfectly. Very straightforward and reasonable and will be using them again if required
