Called on Saturday and arranged for Sunday evening visit. Arrived within allocated time frame. Amit diagnosed the problem, showed me the warn out electrical connectors on the motor, replaced and refurbished the motor. Also cleaned up after himself, including whatever had collected over the years under the washing machine. Excellent service and much appreciated Sunday call out at a reasonable price.

I called on Sunday afternoon and he came round on Monday morning. Diagnosed the fault (a loose part), repaired it and showed me how to fix it myself if the fault reoccurred, all in about half an hour and for the cost of the call-out charge. Would definitely recommend.

I don't usually write reviews but the excellent reviews already written about Josh prompted me to contact him to repair a leaking dishwasher. He was professional and efficient in diagnosing the fault. I appreciated his honesty in explaining what was needed. He was most accommodating in planning his visit around my difficult time schedule. Josh will be my first port of call for a variety of jobs in the future.

AJ was able to come on the same day I called him which was great because I was stuck with an old machine wired directly into the wall (not a plug) that the 'deliver, install, remove' men from Currys were not qualified to deal with. AJ investigated the electrics properly, made a useful modification to the connection for the new machine before installing it properly. He has 100% confidence in his own work and so do I. It was very reassuring to have someone who can see the bigger picture, has the skills and desire to do the best possible job, and the ability to explain it all to me clearly and courteously. That's surely worth paying for!

Josh quickly located the fault and established the cost of repair against replacing the unit. He gave us good advice for replacement. He fitted the new unit as quickly as possible. We are delighted with the whole procedure and have no trouble recommending him, he is courteous and quickly.
