Despite calling during a very busy period during a patch of the first frosty days of late autumn about a couple of non-urgent jobs (old toilet refill valve not quite closing off and a dripping tap) Daniel was able to fit me in quicker than expected, quoting a very reasonable price, which even though on the day one of the jobs proved more complicated, stayed within the quoted price. He also provided some useful advice on another issue that another company on the Which trusted trader site could not, despite having fitted the part that seemingly caused the issue. Daniel was quick, tidy, friendly, and professional, and I am happy to recommend Aquagas Heating & Plumbing.

Daniel has always been available to service our boiler since he installed it three years ago. This time he managed to also replace a leaking radiator valve and give me great advice about installing a water filter that we’d ordered online and were hoping to be able to fit ourselves. He’s always been happy to give advice over the phone if it’s something simple I can try myself. Very friendly and reliable, and follows-up to check everything’s ok.

Daniel is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Due to some overrunning work that restricted access to the property, he was happy to change the time of the work, despite already having arrived on site. He was thorough with his work helping keep an aging boiler running, including a deep clean of blocked pipe work. He gave advice to ensure the continued running of the boiler and on new options for future replacements when this one has had its day. Luckily after Daniel’s attention the boiler is good to go and certified for the year ahead. Would happily recommend him and his work to others as he has been our plumber of choice for several years.

Completed a downstairs cloakroom and shower room. Fantastic guy, I could only be available certain times and was flexible to fit us in when possible. Brilliant and lovely man - was confident using him to complete and enough so to leave a key for him as well. Rings up afterwards to make sure all okay and if need anything can give him a ring. Gives options and suggestions for job as well. Very reliable and helpful. All done with a big smile. Absolutely would recommend.

After moving recently to the area, my neighbour recommended Daniel at Aquagas. I asked him to quote for new a boiler and radiators throughout my house. After receiving a number of quote from various recommended heating companies, I realised Daniel had been the most honest and helpful. Daniel explained I did not need a new boiler and could have my existing boiler running correctly with a few new parts & a service, saving me a few thousand pounds. Daniel helped me choose radiators & advised on there best positioning for maximum output etc. daniel made this whole experience hassle free & I felt very reassured by his 'positive, can do' attitude

Carried out work to my gas boiler that stopped working, a previous contractor had suggested I should have it replaced and quoted me a price, I contacted Aquagas and Mr Parkins replaced a couple of parts and it has caused no problems since.
