Our 35yr old Potterton gas boiler was still going strong but sensibly time for a replacement. Being on their maintenance contract British Gas had quoted first for updating the system. Being aware of local Aquaheat and their reputation we arranged to be visited by Lee for a quotation. He was very professional and quoted for the same Worcester Regular boiler and similar system upgrades. The price was similar to the final discounted British Gas quotation along with the availability of 0% finance. Ryan and Ki were a delight to have in our house, courteous and professional, taking great care to protect the property and meticulous in cleaning up. Explanation and handover of the working installation by Ryan was thorough and professional. Matt and Mike returned with a ladder suitable for getting up through our town house without causing damage to make an additional wiring connection between the boiler and the airing cupboard pump. They were equally courteous and professional. Aquaheat staff clearly work hard to maintain their Company’s “Which Trusted Trader rating.”

I had my boiler replaced by Ryan and Ki. Right from the door they were polite, considerate and efficient. Between themselves, they were patient and professional. I was most impressed by this and they were good fun to be around. The job took a whole day as I had my old rads flushed as well. Ryan returned within 24 hours to tweak things a bit. All in all a huge thank you for an outstanding service from the “Elite Mustachios”

Lee from the New Romney branch came to clarify exactly what was required by us, which was to replace all the Central Heating pipes under the screed (floor) and replace with surface mounted pipes. We were told on the 13th November that Ryan and Matt would be with us at 8.30 am to carry out all the work required and that it would take about 6 days. This was completed on the 6th day and when they left all was working very well. They worked so hard, leaving everything neat and tidy and we must recommend them wholeheartedly. One thing that was very good was that each day they explained everything they were going to do and confirmed at the end of day that they had achieved that. Both Ryan and Matt were a credit to Aquaheat.

From my first contact with AQUAHEAT, although I should say 'AQUACOOL ' I have exceptionally impressed by the level of competence, courtesy and helpfulness of each person I have spoken to or met in person. Lee came to my home in order to survey my property and discuss options, a comprehensive quote was emailed in a timely fashion. The quote covered every different option we had discussed. A date was set for the install. Each of the team members that came to my home was as courteous and professional as Lee. The install of my multi split Bosch system (one outdoor unit feeding 3 indoor) was completed without incident. The quality of works is beyond comparison every tiny detail has been considered. I am stunned at how economical and quiet both the indoor and outdoor units are. I would recommend AQUACOOL ASHFORD to anyone without hesitation. Good old fashioned 5* service from start to finish.

We decided to change our boiler as it was twenty one years old but still working okay. We were recommended by another trader to contact Aqua heating. Lee came round and gave us advice and sent the quotation, I was very impressed with Lee with his knowledge of his products. On time on the day Trevor and Ryan arrived, quickly assessed the situation and got on with the job in hand, they worked together as a team, efficiently and tidy. They explained the controls and the remote thermostat. I would recommend Aqua Heating to any one.

When the old 30+ year old boiler dies just before Christmas it's never a good thing! We had British Gas out plus Aquaheat to give us quotes. Aquaheat's reviews were glowing and the gut feeling was good. Lee form Aquaheat came out to do the quote. He's a great front man for his company. His knowledge and experience really came through and he provided a very thorough breakdown of what he proposed to do if he got the job. He was very transparent about the whole thing and made it clear there would be no hidden extras added on at the end. After the visit, he reiterated this in the written quote. We saved about £500:00 by choosing Aquaheat. When the Aquaheat team out to the the job, they were extremely professional from start to finish. They were very polite and courteous. They laid covers on the floor throughout all of the walkways and they took great pride in their workmanship. Excellent job, very neatly done and money well spent! The original quote was from Lee who was very professional and explained everything easily and put no pressure on at all. The two guys that came on Installation day, Clinton and Matt were excellent, they explained everything that would happen and kept me posted with any updates. They explained the instructions when they left and were very tidy. Would thoroughly recommend them.

From initial contact to completion this local company is hard to beat. Lee was very detailed with initial quote, arriving prompt and very helpful with advice. Installation was arranged with excellent communication from the office-based team, never did I need to chase up an enquiry. Aquaheat Ashford has excelled in helping me. Always courteous, prompt, and wanting to help when I contacted the office. Today, Joe, the engineer repaired a significant water leak that an insurance-provided company had isolated but failed to repair. He was calm and professional at all times. He constantly checked his work as he then made a full reset and checking of the entire system. Aquaheat have undertaken to come out again if I have any concerns over this incident. I have always found them trustworthy and reliable. The contrast between the work from the other company and that of Aquaheat is huge, Aquaheat being far more professional and providing a continuing high-class service.

Had old Powermax155x 17 years old needed replacing. Ranged for aqua heat to come. Lee came to see me explained what boiler was needed for my home and what work would take place and how long for for fitting new boiler. Very happy with price went ahead with aqua heat team. Mat and Clinton came on the day set and got to work dismantling old boiler. Mat and Clinton are so professional and clean working. I required a new boiler and was recommended to use AquaHeat . I contacted them and was given a competitive price who had great knowledge about their boilers. I did not have to wait long for them to do the work. They were clean and tidy workers who did an excellent job in fitting my new boiler and talked me through the procedure of the different program settings. I would definitely recommend them. They are punctual, polite and efficient. Great job.

After our old boiler finally failed Lee came to help us choose a suitable replacement. He came quickly, explained the options enabling us to decide with all the information to hand. Clinton and Matt came exactly when booked and installed the boiler efficiently in and clean and tidy manner. They were friendly, thoughtful, and finished the whole installation promptly. A lovely couple of lads replaced our old troublesome combi boiler this week. They arrived on time and got straight to work. They worked hard and were finished in less than a day. Their work was clean, neat and tidy and when they had finished, apart from a nice quiet boiler, we wouldn't have known they had been here! Nothing was too much trouble for them - they even put up with our very nosey pug who was loving life when they were here! Lee did have to return yesterday to rectify a very slight problem but that was soon fixed. We cannot recommend AquaHeat enough!

Had a new gas boiler fitted on the 30th of March, the 2 guys Clinton and Matthew turned up dead on time, Very helpful, clean, really great guys we are so pleased with the boiler and their work. we would highly recommend AquaHeat.

Aquaheat Ashford replaced our boiler and radiators - from quote to completion they were polite, efficient, the neatest tradesmen we have ever used and finished ahead of time. Nothing was too much trouble. We would happily recommend them.

Great customer service from start to finish. Aqua heat have been looking after old combi boiler for sometime now and this was a breakdown too far so replacement it was! Everything completed within 3 weeks from 1st appointment to quote to installation complete. Communication from the office was fantastic. All Covid safety measures were in place throughout the installation. Would have no hesitation in recommending Aqua Heat.

New boiler fitted yesterday. Engineers couldn't have been more friendly and excellent installation. Really impressed with the results. Best quote of 4 companies I approached and great communication throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend (or use again). Turned up Tuesday as arranged on time, removed the old back-boiler from the lounge, cold water tank from loft, and the immersion water tank from the airing cupboard. Started work in the loft for our new combi boiler. Wednesday, on time again, fitted the new boiler and auxiliary equipment, pump etc. Thursday, commissioned the system, went through the instructions (how to use the remote thermostat etc) and clocked off at midday. From start to completion, always put down mats and worked to a very tidy regime. Very courteous and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had to have an old back-boiler and water tank system replaced with a new combi-boiler and a gas fire replaced with a radiator. From the first visit to assess the job and until the last goodbye, AquaHeat were brilliant. Turned up when they said they would, kept me informed as to how the job was going and what was being done. They were always courteous and respectful of my house (it was probably cleaner after they left than when they arrived). Haven't got a single negative thing to say about their excellent service. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks guys.

Highly professional from start to finish. Lee visited to quote for a new boiler and left us with several options which were clearly laid out (the first time I've understood how my heating system worked) in an informative brochure. Absolutely no pressure selling! The office staff were ultra-efficient and friendly in dealing with the quotation and ordering process. Clinton and his partner (sorry forgotten his name) were fantastic when they came to fit the boiler; Coved compliant, friendly and efficient.. They left the kitchen clean and tidy having explained the process and the operating instructions clearly. Lee called in during the day to check all work was being carried out as expected.
