Aqualux Cleaning LLP

I have been using Aqualux for regular window cleans for over a year now. Thom is reliable and professional, and responsive to customer requests. Thom has also cleaned and repaired guttering at my property, again to a high standard and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Aqualux - in fact, I have already recommended him to neighbours who now also use Thom for their window cleans.

Aualux clean my windows monthly and my gutters yearly. Thom is always polite and cheerful and the job is always professional. After the gutter clean Thom shared images of the photos he had taken - the gutters are very high on the house and every one was spotless. I have recommended him to several others and wouldn't hesitate to continue to do so.

Windows cleaned

Aqualux regularly clean our windows at home, on an 8 week schedule. Thom and the team are always prompt and on schedule, with a reminder message the day before in case there are any issues. Aqualux recently repaired and replaced our front guttering, which was causing us a significant leak. Thom was really quick in getting a quote and the work was completed in less than half a day, with no disruption to us at all.

Roof clean + gutters cleared and windows cleaned. Thom arrived when arranged and carried out a full roof clean and finished off with a biocide treatment. The work was done meticulously, without damage to any tiles. The finish was as new. We couldn't have asked for better. The extensive debris from the roof was cleared up promptly and the gutters cleaned and windows washed. A very thorough job overall There is a LOT of water involved as this was a jet wash system. As a result the lawn was waterlogged in parts and took a beating where they stood to operate the equipment. Given that this was done in the winter, it has taken a long time to recover. This is a new system, so these remarks are for Thom to note so that he consider how he might mitigate damage to lawns in future. Overall, I thought the results were excellent and the roof still looks like new 3 winter months later. Thom and his colleague were professional at all times and polite and informative. They offer an affordable solution to what would otherwise have been a much more costly job involving the manual removal of moss. I would recommend Aqualux most highly not only because of its effectiveness but its cost too. The icing on the cake is that Thom is a pleasure to do business with.
