I have used Aquasmith several times now. First time to renovate a bathroom a couple of years ago, then to replace laminate flooring on the ground floor and finally renovate an en-suite shower room. Each time I have been thrilled with the results. Mitchell will accompany clients to bathroom suppliers and advise on tiles. This ensures that his team can work with the products you select. For each job they have arrived on time and finished on time. The workmen are clean and polite and skilled at what they do. Mitchell will respond to any queries you may have. I absolutely recommend Aquasmith - you will be delighted with the results!

I worked with Aquasmith on a project to build a downstairs cloakroom/loo from scratch in a Victorian terraced house. To be frank, it came out better than I had anticipated/envisioned. Mitchell and the team took the time to understand the project and the challenges faced with the size of the space. The communication was clear and quick/responsive from the beginning and throughout. The team worked hard, had good ideas and I leaned on their experience as we made various decisions...all to a great result. As mentioned in other reviews, Mitchell went with me to select all the hardware, tiles, fittings and that helped save time and trial/error. The team showed up timely, was a pleasure to work with and kept tidy throughout. The project also moved quicker than I had anticipated and the daily progress was impressive. Thrilled to finally have a downstairs loo and I would recommend and work with Aquasmith again.

We needed a room with a bath and sink to be renovated and changed to one with a shower, sink and w.c., along with the renovation of an en-suite w.c.. Mitchell very effectively assessed what would work best and what we should order fittings and tile-wise, from both an aesthetic and practical point-of-view. He had an overview of the project throughout. Damian undertook all the work and his expertise, precision and experience all came into play, especially with some tricky tiling. As well as being very courteous, he was also adaptable at working with or around other trades, who were sometimes there at the same time. Communication with both Mitchell and Damian was first rate. We were consulted at every stage and on every detail, so it all went smoothly. The end result was two wonderful rooms, which look great and work well. We highly recommend Aquasmith to anyone looking for a very professional and considerate company.

As someone in my late seventies living alone, I approached the installation of a new bathroom with anxiety. I need not have. From start to finish, Aquasmith proved to be exemplary. At the planning stage and throughout the project, Mitchell responded to emails and telephone calls promptly, arrived for appointments on time and, in addition, guided me through the choice and purchasing of the fixtures and fittings: calm and reassuring in manner throughout. Over the two weeks when the old bathroom was removed and the new one installed, Jacek arrived everyday on time, working tirelessly and tidying the work area at the end of each day in what is a fairly small flat. Over the period of the installation, Jacek showed true workmanship and a real pride in the creation of a beautiful new bathroom out of the old. I am delighted with the work Aquasmith have done and would highly recommend them.

Mitchell managed the project from the start - he measured both rooms and was completely transparent throughout the process on what's feasible and practical and offered honest advice on fittings. He also ordered the supplies on my behalf and managed any items that needed replacement or returning. Jacek, the fitter, was always punctual, professional, and extremely helpful. He executed my design and clearly explained options and constraints throughout the whole process, with sensible solutions whenever any challenges arose. His attention to detail were outstanding and he always left the place tidy at the end of the day (very important as we lived in the flat during the works). The finished bathroom and shower room are exactly as I imagined, with a high-quality finish. I would highly recommend Aquasmith to anyone looking for a reliable and professional company.

We had previously used Mitch and his team for the conversion of an old bathroom and separate WC into a large family bathroom and they did a superb job, so when we needed to have a downstairs WC refurbished alongside other work, we had no hesitation in contacting Mitch. I needed to have my shower unit replaced and decided to use Aquasmith because of the very positive reviews on this website. Mitchell assisted me to find a suitable door and base, and Damian did the installation. I have to say I was astonished at the quality Damian's workmanship. I imagine it was a rather tricky job, but he carried it out very professionally and to a very high standard. Removing one shower and installing another is a rather messy business, but he left the house very clean and tidy afterwards. I am very impressed by this company and I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Mitchell was very helpful and transparent with my bathroom renovation: clear and timely communication throughout, measuring up in advance, providing excellent advice, accompanying me to the bathroom shop to select appropriate fixtures that would work in my space, offering flexibility for when the work could take place and following up with suppliers to ensure delivery when an item did not arrive as planned. The quality of the work in the bathroom by Damian is exceptional; no detail was too small, he was careful and accommodating in a small flat, hardworking, precise, tidy, and made sure I was kept up to date with progress each day and was content with all decisions on item placement/tile pattern etc before proceeding. The work was completed very quickly, exactly to schedule and with no cut corners or hidden costs. I can’t thank Aquasmith enough for the beautiful and stress-free transformation of my bathroom!

Aquasmith made the design purchase and installation of my bathroom easy. Mitchell comes round and asks what you want and helps with the design and uses his experience to make useful suggestions. Once you have agreed on a price and date for installation he takes you out to purchase what is required. Once again this helps as he knows the measurements and you buy the goods that fit into the design and also look and work well. You also purchase the correct amounts of everything. This helped us immensely. The fitter Jacek was brilliant. He turned up on time everyday and worked tirelessly and is an absolute perfectionist in everything he does. Any small problems he discusses with you and comes up with a solution. He also tidies up every evening and leaves the place really tidy. We are really please with the our bathroom
