Aquasmith

This is the second occasion I have engaged the services of Aquasmith, reaffirming my satisfaction with their previous work. Initially, Aquasmith was contracted to refurbish our bathroom, a project they completed to an excellent standard, on time, and within budget. Recently, I enlisted their expertise again for the construction of a ground floor extension to accommodate a new bathroom. Once again, they delivered outstanding results, adhering to both the timeline and budget. I could not have hoped for a better service.

I am delighted with my new bathroom, and would highly recommend Aquasmith. The whole process from design and selection of products to installation was made easy. Mitchell and Damian were friendly and patient, and kept me in the loop throughout. Mitchell accompanied me to the bathroom and tile showrooms to advise on suitable products, which was really helpful. Damian installed the new bathroom over 2 weeks, keeping everything tidied away at the end of each day, and all rubbish was removed at the end of the work. He even kindly fitted a window blind and a new door handle to replace a faulty one. I had dreaded the upheaval of a bathroom installation, but Mitchell and Damian made it completely stress-free for me.

Can’t recommend aquasmith enough. From the very beginning to the end it was a pleasure having them to refurbish my bathroom, which was a challenge. Mitchell and Maciek were very pleasant ,professional and dedicated to the project. I spent about 6 months trying to find a good bathroom fitter and team. Got contact of Aquasmith through my local FB community group. Was amazed at how professional and prompt Mr Harris was from day 1. He was kind enough to ensure all my requirements were met and helped me all the way from selecting the right products and discussing relevant its. He also kept to his timeline. Damian from his team did all the bathroom fitting and works. Damian is fantastic at his job and knew what he was doing! He always left the place neat and clean and was very punctual and hard working. Kudos and thanks to Mr Harris and Damian once again. I totally love my new bathrooms and all the detailing around it!

We are completely satisfied with the start-to-finish service provided by Aquasmith in advising on and refitting a troublesome shower room, to time and budget. Mitchell was highly responsive, walking us through the options on tiles and fittings and Maciek was one of the politest, tidiest, most discreet and most efficient tradesmen we've ever used. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I cannot believe I am writing a review of a building tradesman, using words like exceptional, responsive, caring! This business is amazing. Highly recommended to my buy a supplier, they completely ripped out to bar brick and reinstalled a cloakroom for us. Excellent workmanship, excellent communication, excellent ideas, just really good, with literally nothing else to say - would I use them again?? When I need them!!

Great experience with Mitchell and his team on my recent removal and installation of new Grohe Shower and retiling of bathroom. Priced agreed before job started and amazingly paid this at end of job. There were no hidden extras as most trades-people do add on those extras. A very pleasant experience.. I cannot recommend Aquasmith Ltd high enough. Use them for your next bathroom-kitchen project.

We are very happy with the refit of our bathroom and separate toilet. Mitchell was so helpful and supportive. He gave us good advice and oversaw everything.
