Very happy with the work Mitchell and his team did. They were professional and on time throughout the project. I was away while the project took place and felt safe leaving keys and left my home in a respectful way after it had finished. There was a small issue when I returned; however, Mitchell ensured this was dealt with promptly

We had long delayed a decision to have our bathroom and downstairs cloakroom modernised, with the bath replaced by a walk-in shower. Our action was triggered by seeing similar work completed so excellently by Aquasmith in our next door neighbour's home. Mr Mitchell's calm and professional initial interview convinced us that we were in good hands. He regularly checked on progress and readily met our personal preferences. All of the work - new piping, flooring, tiling, installation of new cabinets, washbasins and toilets, was carried out by one man -Jacek - who soon convinced us that he was professionally competent in all aspects of the work. He was a very dedicated man who worked steadily for the planned three weeks. All the accumulated 'rubbish' was promptly cleared away. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and with the cost.

I have to confess to approaching my bathroom renovation with a feeling of dread. But Mitchell and Damian made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. I wanted a bathroom to be converted into a wet room and before contacting Aquasmith I read all of the Which customer reviews here and am very pleased that my experience has been exactly as described by other customers. Mitchell kept a watchful eye on things: he has been doing this job for a long time and it shows. His advice is very helpful and comes from his considerable experience. Having explained what I hoped to achieve and my "vision" for the renovation he and Damian delivered it so that my bathroom is better than I had envisaged. I have to admit that I am probably towards the more "fussy" end of the scale and this did not seem to bother them in the least. I would describe the quality of work as exceptional. Damian worked diligently and precisely and the work was completed on time and on budget, as per the original estimate. If occasionally things did not go quite as planned (as is inevitable), they were sorted out straight away and without fuss. I don't think that you can get better than that. I am glad that I used Aquasmith and just wish that there were more companies like them.

From my first contact with Mitchell at Aquasmith to the completion of the work I was impressed with the professional and friendly service I received. Mitchell quickly understood my requirements to transform a traditional bathroom into a modern room with a wet room shower. He listened and advised on the layout and choice of materials and units and we went together to the suppliers to choose suitable hardware and tiles. He pointed out potential issues which might arise when installing a walk-in shower. Damian carried out the work with great care and expertise. At all times he ensured there was minimum disruption to the rest of the house. He worked quietly and methodically always leaving the area tidy at the end of the day. He always consulted me when there were choices to be made and was a pleasant person to have working in the house. I was impressed with the high standard of his workmanship.

I have used Aquasmith several times now. First time to renovate a bathroom a couple of years ago, then to replace laminate flooring on the ground floor and finally renovate an en-suite shower room. I worked with Aquasmith on a project to build a downstairs cloakroom/loo from scratch in a Victorian terraced house. To be frank, it came out better than I had anticipated/envisioned. Mitchell and the team took the time to understand the project and the challenges faced with the size of the space. The communication was clear and quick/responsive from the beginning and throughout. The team worked hard, had good ideas and I leaned on their experience as we made various decisions...all to a great result. As mentioned in other reviews, Mitchell went with me to select all the hardware, tiles, fittings and that helped save time and trial/error. The team showed up timely, was a pleasure to work with and kept tidy throughout. The project also moved quicker than I had anticipated and the daily progress was impressive. Thrilled to finally have a downstairs loo and I would recommend and work with Aquasmith again.

We needed a room with a bath and sink to be renovated and changed to one with a shower, sink and w.c., along with the renovation of an en-suite w.c.. Mitchell very effectively assessed what would work best and what we should order fittings and tile-wise, from both an aesthetic and practical point-of-view. He had an overview of the project throughout. Damian undertook all the work and his expertise, precision and experience all came into play, especially with some tricky tiling. As well as being very courteous, he was also adaptable at working with or around other trades, who were sometimes there at the same time. Communication with both Mitchell and Damian was first rate. We were consulted at every stage and on every detail, so it all went smoothly. The end result was two wonderful rooms, which look great and work well. We highly recommend Aquasmith to anyone looking for a very professional and considerate company.

As someone in my late seventies living alone, I approached the installation of a new bathroom with anxiety. I need not have. From start to finish, Aquasmith proved to be exemplary. At the planning stage and throughout the project, Mitchell responded to emails and telephone calls promptly, arrived for appointments on time and, in addition, guided me through the choice and purchasing of the fixtures and fittings: calm and reassuring in manner throughout. Over the two weeks when the old bathroom was removed and the new one installed, Jacek arrived everyday on time, working tirelessly and tidying the work area at the end of each day in what is a fairly small flat. Over the period of the installation, Jacek showed true workmanship and a real pride in the creation of a beautiful new bathroom out of the old. I am delighted with the work Aquasmith have done and would highly recommend them.
