I spent about 6 months trying to find a good bathroom fitter and team. Got contact of Aquasmith through my local FB community group. Was amazed at how professional and prompt Mr Harris was from day 1. He was kind enough to ensure all my requirements were met and helped me all the way from selecting the right products and discussing relevant its. He also kept to his timeline. Damian from his team did all the bathroom fitting and works. Damian is fantastic at his job and knew what he was doing! He always left the place neat and clean and was very punctual and hard working. Kudos and thanks to Mr Harris and Damian once again. I totally love my new bathrooms and all the detailing around it!

We are completely satisfied with the start-to-finish service provided by Aquasmith in advising on and refitting a troublesome shower room, to time and budget. Mitchell was highly responsive, walking us through the options on tiles and fittings and Maciek was one of the politest, tidiest, most discreet and most efficient tradesmen we've ever used. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I cannot believe I am writing a review of a building tradesman, using words like exceptional, responsive, caring! This business is amazing. Highly recommended to my buy a supplier, they completely ripped out to bar brick and reinstalled a cloakroom for us. Excellent workmanship, excellent communication, excellent ideas, just really good, with literally nothing else to say - would I use them again?? When I need them!!

Great experience with Mitchell and his team on my recent removal and installation of new Grohe Shower and retiling of bathroom. Priced agreed before job started and amazingly paid this at end of job. There were no hidden extras as most trades-people do add on those extras. A very pleasant experience.. I cannot recommend Aquasmith Ltd high enough. Use them for your next bathroom-kitchen project.

Mitchell and his team have recently finished a complete refit of our bathroom. The whole job was thoroughly professional from start to finish- Mitchell came over personally to discuss requirements and give advice on sourcing units. He then oversaw the entire project- with Damian in his team also doing a wonderful job leading the work day to day. Communication was absolutely excellent- queries were always responded to promptly and the process was very clear, with no surprises. The work was finished on time to a great standard- all for a reasonable price. Mitchell and his team clearly know what they are doing - we had complete confidence in everything from start to finish. Mitchell attended final appt. with me for tiling and bathroom fitting companies to ensure that everything is suitable and will arrive on time. I had been planning the renovation of the 35 year old downstairs bathroom for quite some time and the final piece of the jigsaw was to find the contractor that would turn the plan into reality. Mitchell came to view the job, discuss requirements and furnish me with a quote at the exact times he said he would. Nothing I asked for fazed him and he was completely professional and approachable throughout the whole process. Once the quote and a start date were agreed, Mitchell met me at the suppliers to select the actual items and no detail was too small for him to discuss. I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Mitchell and his fitter Mario arrived on the dot at 8am the morning the work was to start and that punctuality continued throughout the project. There were some minor issues with deliveries but the group WhatsApp enabled these to be reported to Mitchell who sorted them with absolutely no fuss at all. Mario’s work was exceptional. He was diligent, amazingly neat, tidy and clean. His attention to detail was most impressive and the finished shower room is beautiful, due in no small part to Mario’s work ethic and experience and Mitchell's organisational skills. You will find that Aquasmith are not the cheapest but this project proved to me that you get what you pay for and I cannot recommend Mitchell and his team highly enough for bathroom installations or renovations.

We cannot recommend Mitchell and Mario enough. They did the most brilliant job renovating our bathroom. Super efficient, speedy, and the bathroom looks lovely. They really cared about the finished result and Mitchell’s advice was always on point and much appreciated. We had an unexpected leak after they had completed the work (not their fault) but even on a Sunday they were immediately in touch to sort it out and had it fixed that week. 100% recommended!

We were so happy to find Mitchell and his team to do a bathroom renovation for us. Previously we had a small, cramped and badly ventilated showerroom. We wanted a bath/shower (for impending baby) and a new window to improve ventilation, as well as full refit. We were also on a very tight timeline which Mitchell and team accommodated. Mitchell was reassuring, knowledgeable and upfront from the outset with a very reasonable and clearly broken down quote. He and his team worked incredibly hard, putting in late evenings and Saturdays to complete the work on time - which they did. A group WhatsApp really helped with clear communication throughout the work and we were consulted about a couple of minor unplanned additions to the quote before moving forward. We paid exactly what we were expecting to. The guys doing the work had real expertise - great problem solvers with very high standards for all aspects of the project, and did not hesitate to call to ask our views or preference. They also worked with our bath equipment supplier to ensure the chosen products fitted properly. We love our new bathroom - finished to an extremely high standard and is by far the nicest and most well-finished room in our house. Would not hesitate to recommend!

We are delighted by our new bathroom ! The project was well planned within budget, Mitchell is an amazing manager who gave us a lot of advice and respected our requirements. We had a couple or orders mistakes that were fixed very quickly. Also some plumbing discoveries below the floor that were also fixed efficiently. Jacek is a fantastic bathroom fitter, very tidy with attention to details. We highly recommend Aquasmith, and will certainly hire this company again in the near future to refurbish a utility room and guest toilet.

I had someone lined up to renovate my bathroom and he would go for months with no contact, or had an issue with where by bathroom was from, etc. Mitchell was recommended to me by a friend. The process was so easy from introduction to completion. Communication was excellent, and everyone was so reassuring. At times I thought there was a problem, I was told no, everything is fine, smiles and reassurance and my bathroom looks and feels amazing. I'm still in awe of having a real bathroom! The work was very clean, respectful and I could go out to work feeling safe. Mitchell had a great team with Jack who quality controlled everything. I couldn't be happier and would recommend Mitchell every time.

This is the 2nd time I have engaged Mitchell of Aquasmith to totally refurbish a room for me. In January this year it was my bathroom and this August/September, it was my 30 year old kitchen! The results were exactly the same, absolutely stunning work to an incredibly high standard. Started & finished the project on time and with the minimum of mess & fuss. Jacek left everything neat & tidy every day before going home, which was very much appreciated. Communication was excellent, as I was updated continually with the progress of works and what to expect and when. The end result is the flawless kitchen of my dreams and I can't recommend Mitchell & Jacek highly enough - 5* all the way :-)

He has a very warm and easy manner and always seems to be able to answer his phone immediately; a rare thing, even among trusted traders. Just two hours after his initial visit he emailed a quote which turned out to be accurate. Throughout the whole process he always responded to our wishes and queries; giving very helpful advice and suggestions. He actually made a visit with us to showrooms to help us choose our bathroom furniture and materials; giving us very sound advice. His immense knowledge and experience was demonstrated by how little material was left over at the end. I have to add that I have never seen a more hardworking and skilled craftsman as Mario who fitted the bathroom and completed the work well before the estimated time to an extremely high standard. We are really pleased with our experience with Aquasmith. Our bathroom was almost 30 years old. Mitchell was very helpful with choosing all the new fittings and very quick to respond to questions. Working with Mitch and his team was an absolute pleasure. We needed to refit our family bathroom and were impressed with Mitch's knowledge and ideas for the layout changes. We had a quote quickly and everything was documented clearly so we had no surprises when the work started. Everything was arranged prior to the work starting and the fitter Jaeck was very punctual, respectful, skilled and clean. The work finished exactly when it was supposed to. After some research, I invited Mitchell from Aquasmith to quote for replacing my bathroom. I immediately felt at ease with Mitchell, he was very professional and helpful with various suggestions and options for the work. Although his quote was not the cheapest, I decided to proceed as I had confidence that the work would be completed satisfactorily; I am pleased to say that I do not regret that decision and I am delighted with my lovely new bathroom. Mitchell assisted with the purchase of the new fittings, which was much appreciated and saved me a lot of worry over what I needed to buy. The fitter Jacek was not only extremely good at his job, he was also punctual, courteous and tidy. He worked very hard to get the job completed within the quoted timescale, dealing with electrics, tiling and painting as well as the actual bathroom fittings, in a bathroom with uneven walls and a sloping ceiling! The standard of his work is excellent. An issue with the wrong bath being delivered (beyond Aquasmith's control) was dealt with swiftly so that it did not delay completion. I would have no hesitation in engaging Aquasmith again.

We moved into our current house 23 years ago and the first thing we said was "we must do something about that bathroom". It's taken us 23 years to get round to doing anything but the result was certainly worth the wait and all the research that had gone into it. Mr Mitchell of Aquasmith certainly understood what we wanted and offered excellent advice followed by first class work and a timely completion. Highly recommended and I would certainly use Aquasmith again.

I recently got my bathroom renovated to a high spec. Prior to work done, Mitchell brought me to select tiles and products for the toilet. While he was there he gave me all the advice I needed. Mitchell's team were very professional and extremely friendly. I happened to be away on holiday and the team were in constant contact with me throughout the work and took pictures for me on their progress. They took care of my home and ensured everything was tidy after. Mitchell also helped me get things refunded for things which I didn't need anymore and also additional leftovers. The price may be slightly higher than others but you know you will get quality especially with a company that has been around for so many years. At the end of the work, the team surprisingly gave me a free squeegee. I thought it was a really genuine nice touch which I have never encountered. Well done to the team.

We've recently had our rather antiquated bathroom completely refitted by Aquasmith. From the outset, and throughout the whole process, Mitchell provided invaluable support and guidance, helping us to balance the aesthetic and the pragmatic, ensuring that the project resulted in exactly what we wanted. He was able to substantiate our design choices and inform us of the limitations of certain aspirational ideas, providing realistic lead times for materials, and helping us to manage deadlines. The actual work on the bathroom itself was carried out by Mario, who is the most skilled, conscientious, and helpful tradesman I've encountered. Invariably, owing to the age of our house, and the imprecise nature of its construction, there were numerous challenges that needed to be overcome in order to create a flawless finish. Mario was able to solve all of the issues that the house threw at him; tapering walls to straighten tile alignment and accommodate large thermo-regulating controls; moving waste pipes to ensure the floor remained totally level etc. He would discuss every single solution with us to ensure that we were happy with the approaches, and I'm certain that without his level of knowledge and craftsmanship things wouldn't have turned out as perfectly as they have. There was so much support throughout the whole experience, and I think the most reassuring aspect was the trust that was built with Mitchell and Mario. We'll definitely be using Aquasmith again.

Aquasmith have completely refurbished my 90 year old mum's bathroom so that she has an accessible shower and a bathroom that works as a whole. From the outset Mitchell was helpful and friendly and highlighted issues we needed to think about - we went to a number of specialist companies and although their advice was useful in clarifying what we needed in terms of accessiblity, they could not match the balance of practical know-how, flexibility or value for money from Aquasmith. Throughout the process we felt well supported - from checking ideas and coming up with a design that would work, through the choosing of the fittings that would work best for her (with good prices), linking in to other works that were needed to facilitate, and utlimately on the job itself where the work was done in the expected time, despite challenges, and with minimal mess (which was cleaned up completely at the end) even though space was at a premium. Everything was done to budget and within the agreed timescales. The bathroom is extremely small and my mum was anxious about managing the change from what she has been used to, but she is very happy with the outcome and so are we. We are very glad we chose Aquasmith.
