We received very good support in helping us select tiles bathroom furniture and fittings before the work started. The team that Mitchell, the owner of Aquasmith, assigned to the job were polite, courteous and tidy. There were a few issues that occurred during the installation, one which resulted in a delay to completion, but this was due to a problem with one of the supplied items. My wife and I if asked for a recommendation for bathroom fitters, would have no hesitation in recommending Aquasmith. If I was being mean I would only award 4 stars, but as the major issue was outside of their control, and communication over all the issues was excellent so 5!

I'm absolutely delighted with my new bathroom. From the initial visit to completion of the work, including all the rubbish and waste being collected and removed, everything has been completed on time and to an exceptionally high standard. I feel like I now have to renovate the rest of the house to bring it closer to the standard of my bathroom. Old bathtub, shower, basin, tiles, panelling and WC were ripped out with the walls fitted with plasterboard as necessary and freshly tiled with a large walk in shower installed exactly as I wanted it. Mitchell took the time to understand what I wanted and the fitter, Jacek, worked extremely hard and patiently in a tight space and on some extremely hot days to deliver a beautifully designed and installed bathroom that exceeds my very expectations. I'm delighted with the result and highly recommend this contractor.

This was the fourth job carried out for us by Acquasmith, the previous ones all being bathroom work. It involved the stripping out and complete replacement of our kitchen. Mario carried out all the previous work, so we asked for him again. As before, he carried out the work to a very high standard, and did his best to make the whole process as stress-free as possible for us. Likewise, Mitchell again supervised the work, and his calm, pragmatic manner helped the job go smoothly, including sorting out a few issues with the kitchen suppliers.

Aquasmith transformed a bathroom covered in mold with dangerous rotten floor boards into a beautiful, efficient, immaculate bathroom. Front start to finish, I was able to consult with the team at any time, was assisted in the necessary purchases, the scheduled date was met, and all done with a quiet professionalism.

We were delighted with our new bathroom designed by Mitchell & installed by Mario. Mitchell was incredibly helpful when it came to choosing & buying the bathroom furniture and tiles taking all the hard work out choosing the correct & appropriate furniture and amount of tiles for the floor & ceiling. Mario’s work was incredible - he was clean & tidy (not easy when you’re ripping out an old bathroom, including all the tiles) and he was very thorough and took great pride in his work. When a small problem arose, there wasn’t anything that Mitchell nor Mario would do to correct it. We were so impressed that we immediately booked them to upgrade our downstairs guest cloakroom! Cannot fault Aquasmith. A very professional outfit. They managed the project with regular visits and communication. He foresaw issues before they arose and gave sound advice and input. Clear communication re what is included and what is not. The fitter was incredible, jack of all trades and master of all too, very impressed. Worked all the hours, never off site and planned ahead. I was kept informed about what was happening, the next steps and what was needed from me, all in a timely manner. Highly recommend them. You definitely get what you pay for. Thank you.

Fully fitted new bathroom. Aquasmith was super helpful right from the get go in terms of design considerations. Managed to get a slot to get the work done within a relatively short period of time. Very easy process of ordering materials and the work was done on time. We had a bit of additional work we wanted doing after the bathroom was finished, and Aquasmith was really helpful in getting that sorted. Overall good service, great value for money and really happy with our new bathroom

The work was carried out exactly to the agreed schedule, and we now have a fantastic bathroom - stepping into it is always a pleasure. At the outset, Mitchell went through the design of the bathroom with me in detail, advising me on the range of products that was available and would fit the room. The work started and completed on the agreed dates and there were no surprises in the invoice. The fitter, Jacek, was courteous and friendly, with an extremely strong work ethic. Throughout the job, he kept me informed of what was happening, and checked out critical details - for example, which way the shower door should open (my initial preference would have left it crashing into the WC!), location of toilet roll holder, etc. The work was much less disruptive than we had expected. Jacek vacuumed chippings, dust, etc as he went along. After he left each afternoon, there was no indication except the carpet protector of the work that was going on - the house was immaculate. The rubbish was all removed on the final day as agreed, without a trace left. We thoroughly recommend this company.

Converted my dated bathroom to a bright modern walk in shower as requested. All work performed promptly and to a high standard in the expected time frame and budget. They were very clean and tidy. I was very pleased with the service provided by Mitchel and his guys and there was good communication throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Aquasmith in the future and would definitely recommend them.

Aquasmith, including Mitchell, Chris and Michael were a pleasure to deal with. Works were carried out to a high standard and the finish and snagging was dealt with extremely professionally. The workmen were also very considerate in their dealings with us. Altogether, we were left very happy and would not hesitate to use Aquasmith again.

Aquasmith were excellent from start to finish. Mitchell came to see me within two days of my initial phone call to discuss my plans and advise on what was and was not possible and the best way to achieve it. He emailed an estimate to me the following day and I was able to accept and fix a date straight away for the work to start. Mitchell kept in touch and gave me a catalogue to choose the type of equipment I would like, as well as a link to a website for tiles. He then brought me some samples of possible tiles I had chosen and confirmed with me the bathroom furniture and equipment he suggested based on my choices. These were then ordered, to be delivered to me the day work was to start. The work started on time and the two fitters, Michael and Chris worked very hard and efficiently the whole time, always being considerate and keeping me informed of their progress, asking where I would like certain items fitted and offering suggestions and help. The house is old, the bathroom small and narrow, and plumbing required a considerable amount of work, as well as walls needing to be completely stripped back, a false wall added and the ceiling removed and replaced. They achieved all this with a minimum of fuss and to a very high standard and I would certainly recommend Aquasmith one hundred percent.

Aquasmith were recommended to us by neighbours, and we were delighted with the service provided. Mitchell made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. He kept a close eye on the job from start to finish, and helped us choose the best fixtures and fittings for us (accompanying us round the showrooms when we made our final choices). He ironed out any issues without delay, and responded by phone/email by return. Billing was transparent - the project was brought in on time and to budget. Mario, who did the work, was polite, courteous, and went out of his way to cause as little disruption as possible. He even hoovered the stairs each afternoon before leaving! His workmanship was excellent, nothing 'phased' him, and he was good at suggesting pragmatic solutions to issues arising. All in all, he was one of the best workmen we have had to do work on our house. So, from our experience, we can thoroughly recommend Aquasmith.

Aquasmith have provided us with a nice, new bathroom. Mario did all the work on his own, everything from removal of old bathroom and tiles to installation of new elements, tiling and electrics. He did all of this in a very calm and well organised manner, explaining each step and how long it would take. He was also very careful about cleaning up after his work. All old installations were piled in our driveway and removed on time, as promised. All work was done in the expected time frame and within the agreed budget. We might have needed a bit more help at the beginning with ordering items, but the workmanship is a good standard and we are very pleased with the result. Communication with Aquasmith was easy, and Mitchell responded instantly to all questions.

Cannot recommend Aquasmith more highly. Mitchell attended on site & not only provided a detailed estimate but made recommendations & highlighted possible pitfalls from the off. Once booked, the team were prompt on site from 8am every morning & they worked solidly to complete the job to the highest possible standard. We were also impressed at the ongoing advice provided during the process. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again & would recommend without hesitation.

Aquasmith have just fitted two bathrooms for us, one after the other. I have been very impressed by the experience from the very beginning. Mitchell came to do the survey and provided a detailed quote very promptly, and was very helpful with advice and answering my many questions. The communication was superb throughout. The bathroom fitters were cheerful and hard working and very tidy. They were very patient and happy to deal with my last minute requests and all of our nit-picking over details. There were a few unforeseen complications on the job but they were all dealt with with no drama. The work has been completed to a very high standard of workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aquasmith and having heard that they also do kitchens will no doubt be calling them back for a quote in the future!

I am very happy with the refurbishment of my small bathroom by Aquasmith. Helpful guidance on product selection from Mitchell, who also co-ordinated with the various suppliers on an appropriate delivery schedule, through to the actual installation which was carried out to a high standard, and with care and consideration. A minor snag post installation was dealt with promptly, efficiently and without fuss. All costs were agreed in advance and the project was completed on time . A trouble free experience and the re-configured bathroom is everything I hoped for.

A full renovation of the bathroom, which we are very happy with. Great service throughout. Kept to the agreed price. The liaison with a bathroom supplies company was very helpful. The quality of work and finish were excellent. The workmen were great, always tidy and a pleasure to have in the house. I have already made an appointment for a quotation for the second bathroom.

This is the second time we have worked with Mitchell and Mario and we were just as thrilled this time round. We reconfigured the loft layout, removed the old bathroom fixtures, moved the ensuite and installed two skylights. They completed the work very quickly and to an incredibly high standard. Aquasmith completed a total refurbishment of my en suite shower room in 5 and a half days, on budget and in accordance with the initial quotation. They installed an entire new shower unit, toilet and vanity/sink unit together with tiling for walls and floor. The standard of workmanship was excellent and the work itself was conducted with a minimum of disruption to the rest of the household. The entire experience of dealing with Aquasmith was extremely positive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering having a new bathroom or shower room.

Booked them for a new bathroom. We were very worried about so many factors early on, but from the very beginning they responded to any questions and concerns we had. They made sure we were very happy with everything and that we completely understood all that was involved. They were very efficient, courteous and hard working. The quality of the work was incredible, we are so happy with the result and smile every time we enter our new bathroom. It was completed earlier than they expected which we really appreciated. The service was outstanding, if they felt something wasn't right they flagged it immediately (e.g. I had a wrong part, they flagged it rather than fitting a part which they knew I didn't want). Overall I would 100% recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Having been let down by other bathroom companies we approached Aquasmith. Mitchell organised a site visit and detailed quote very quickly. The quote was very competitive and we were able to arrange for work to start in a few weeks. We have had every room in our house renovated during the last 3 years and have worked with dozens of tradespeople. I'm struggling to think of one better than our bathroom fitter Mario. He was VERY punctual, polite, informative, hardworking and tidy. We were pleasantly surprised by both the speed and quality of the work. Having gone through a lot of stress with other companies we are very happy with the finished product from Aquasmith and would highly recommend them.
