Neil Chance of AquaSpark has completed two projects for us this year, firstly an en suite/shower room refurbishment and secondly, a completely new bathroom installation. Both projects were completed on time, within budget and to our complete satisfaction. Neil is a conscientious perfectionist who magically transformed two tired and dated shower/bathrooms into two inviting and aesthetically pleasing places to enjoy an invigorating shower or alternatively, relax in a lovely warm soapy bath. He always takes the time to communicate with the customer to find out what they really want, plans and stage manages the project with almost military precision, advises on any potential problems and supplies a workable solution. His skills do not stop at bathroom fitting and plumbing, he is also an accomplished electrician who can confidently navigate his way through existing wiring and circuitry problems if they arise. His timekeeping is impeccable, and he is highly respectful of the customer's property all the while he is present. From his first visit, Neil was open, honest and gave us advice which proved to be true. We have had our whole bathroom replaced. We could not be more pleased with the result. The quotation proved to be accurate and the work was completed on the quoted date as promised. During this time Neil was always friendly and thoroughly professional. We feel that we have had a money's worth during this Installation. There are not many professionals like Neil these days.

Neil came highly recommended and based on the extensive work he did for us, we have absolutely no hesitation in giving Neil and Aquaspark the highest recommendation. Neil visited our home and talked through our requirements for each job, making suggestions and discussing design and products. He has excellent professional and product knowledge and helped us decide what we wanted. The works included new showers, sinks and vanity units, retiling work, new lights and extractor fans in all rooms and a loft light. Neil provided detailed quotes, timescales, dates of starting/ finishing and included these for other tradesmen such as a tiler and plasterer and these were all accurately reflected in the final invoices. Due to the extensive nature of the job, Neil worked in our home for a total of approximately 2 months (in 3 separate chunks). He was extremely reliable and arrived at 8am prompt each morning and worked through until around 5pm. He is an extremely tidy tradesman and consistently displayed respect for our home for example by extensive use of dust sheets, wearing shoe covers, vacuuming up after himself, etc. Neil is extremely professional with a friendly manner, hugely knowledgeable and takes a proactive approach to solving problems even where these are due to previous defective work by others. All the work Neil undertook for us has been completed exactly as we wanted and finished to a very high standard. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I have no hesitation in recommending Neil (AquaSpark) after the fantastic quality and workmanship he delivered on both our en-suite and main bathroom. Neil spent lots of time helping me design the space we were working with and then in selecting the products that would suit us best. He was always professional and personable in his approach and was extremely respectful of our home. Neil’s attention to detail is amazing, he makes sure everything is perfect. The whole process from design to installation was impeccable. We couldn’t be happier with the finished results.

Neil installed a new main bathroom suite for us as well as the downstairs bathroom and we are incredibly pleased with the results. Neil is extremely knowledgeable and professional to deal with, was extremely careful with our home during the works and an absolute pleasure to work with. We could immediately tell from the communication with invoices and quotes, the amount of planning and attention to detail that went into the installation that Neil is very well experienced, for example all the walls were appropriately tanked to ensure futureproofing, all walls were reinforced to support the floating units and the heavy towel rail, a lot of planning went into the optimal positioning for the tiles he ensured all electrical works were carried out to standards, tested and certified. Neil also gave us lots of advice on the installation too, as well as being patient with our requirements. I can't recommend him enough, we now have a feature bathroom that exceeded all expectations.

We had our cloakroom and two shower rooms fully tiled and completely refitted, swapping a bath for a double shower. The hall was also tiled. Downlights and new extractor fans were fitted. We are delighted with the result and they were clean and tidy. The work was meticulous. We found their recommendations worked well. All the materials etc. were managed by the team; we just ordered them. They were the best workers we have ever used. They were professional, friendly and experienced. We highly recommend them.

Neil chance of Aquaspark works with a great tiler called Adam. We asked Neil to quote to replace our main bathroom and two en-suite bathrooms because Neil has previously dealt efficiently with our little plumbing jobs and we were always impressed by his attitude. He has now finished our refurbishments and we are delighted with the quality of his work and with Adam’s tiling. Neil is so trustworthy and his honesty and hard work produces a high standard of workmanship. I rarely recommend any tradesman but I have no hesitation recommending Neil or Adam.

We asked Neil to carry out a refit of the downstairs cloakroom plus a number of other plumbing (eg, replacing taps/plug units) and electrical (eg ceiling lights, PIR) jobs. Neil turned up on time, worked most efficiently, kept us informed regarding the work, and carried all work out to an excellent standard. We were extremely impressed with Neil's work and his efficiency, and would therefore happily recommend Aquaspark without hesitation. Should the need arise, Aquaspark will be top of our list for any further plumbing or electrical work.

Neil completed a total reconstruction of our bathroom. The bath and existing shower were removed and a new shower, shower boards, vanity unit and toilet were installed. In removing existing goods, a number of unexpected problems revealed themselves. Neil was quick to tackle the problems and find solutions. His workmanship is exemplary. We needed to replace the existing floor and were informed of the additional cost at the outset. The Tiler, Adam did a first class job of the new tiling and of replacing damaged wall tiles. Neil and Adam worked together as a team to find solutions to difficult problems and always kept us informed of their decision making and reasons. I cannot recommend Neil highly enough. It was like having an easy going friend about the house, who was always respectful. He has an almost old fashioned attention to detail, very refreshing! If you want a top job, meticulous attention to detail, clean workspace and a stunning finish, then you have found the right people at Aquaspark.

Neil has completed the refit of two en-suites to a very high standard. He was very helpful with our selection of bathroom furniture and fittings. He shows considerable attention to detail and ensures there is no possibility of leaks! The workmanship is exceptional and we thoroughly recommend him.
