I have no hesitation in recommending Neil (AquaSpark) after the fantastic quality and workmanship he delivered on both our en-suite and main bathroom. Neil spent lots of time helping me design the space we were working with and then in selecting the products that would suit us best. He was always professional and personable in his approach and was extremely respectful of our home. Neil’s attention to detail is amazing, he makes sure everything is perfect. The whole process from design to installation was impeccable. We couldn’t be happier with the finished results.

Neil installed a new main bathroom suite for us as well as the downstairs bathroom and we are incredibly pleased with the results. Neil is extremely knowledgeable and professional to deal with, was extremely careful with our home during the works and an absolute pleasure to work with. We could immediately tell from the communication with invoices and quotes, the amount of planning and attention to detail that went into the installation that Neil is very well experienced, for example all the walls were appropriately tanked to ensure futureproofing, all walls were reinforced to support the floating units and the heavy towel rail, a lot of planning went into the optimal positioning for the tiles he ensured all electrical works were carried out to standards, tested and certified. Neil also gave us lots of advice on the installation too, as well as being patient with our requirements. I can't recommend him enough, we now have a feature bathroom that exceeded all expectations.

We had our cloakroom and two shower rooms fully tiled and completely refitted, swapping a bath for a double shower. The hall was also tiled. Downlights and new extractor fans were fitted. We are delighted with the result and they were clean and tidy. The work was meticulous. We found their recommendations worked well. All the materials etc. were managed by the team; we just ordered them. They were the best workers we have ever used. They were professional, friendly and experienced. We highly recommend them.

Neil chance of Aquaspark works with a great tiler called Adam. We asked Neil to quote to replace our main bathroom and two en-suite bathrooms because Neil has previously dealt efficiently with our little plumbing jobs and we were always impressed by his attitude. He has now finished our refurbishments and we are delighted with the quality of his work and with Adam’s tiling. Neil is so trustworthy and his honesty and hard work produces a high standard of workmanship. I rarely recommend any tradesman but I have no hesitation recommending Neil or Adam.

We asked Neil to carry out a refit of the downstairs cloakroom plus a number of other plumbing (eg, replacing taps/plug units) and electrical (eg ceiling lights, PIR) jobs. Neil turned up on time, worked most efficiently, kept us informed regarding the work, and carried all work out to an excellent standard. We were extremely impressed with Neil's work and his efficiency, and would therefore happily recommend Aquaspark without hesitation. Should the need arise, Aquaspark will be top of our list for any further plumbing or electrical work.

Neil completed a total reconstruction of our bathroom. The bath and existing shower were removed and a new shower, shower boards, vanity unit and toilet were installed. In removing existing goods, a number of unexpected problems revealed themselves. Neil was quick to tackle the problems and find solutions. His workmanship is exemplary. We needed to replace the existing floor and were informed of the additional cost at the outset. The Tiler, Adam did a first class job of the new tiling and of replacing damaged wall tiles. Neil and Adam worked together as a team to find solutions to difficult problems and always kept us informed of their decision making and reasons. I cannot recommend Neil highly enough. It was like having an easy going friend about the house, who was always respectful. He has an almost old fashioned attention to detail, very refreshing! If you want a top job, meticulous attention to detail, clean workspace and a stunning finish, then you have found the right people at Aquaspark.

Neil has completed the refit of two en-suites to a very high standard. He was very helpful with our selection of bathroom furniture and fittings. He shows considerable attention to detail and ensures there is no possibility of leaks! The workmanship is exceptional and we thoroughly recommend him. We will be using Neil's services again in the near future.

We came across AquaSpark whilst looking to have a bathroom and cloakroom refitted. How lucky we were to find Neil and his team. Honestly, I was dreading having the work done, all the mess and dust and insurmountable problems. I was so wrong - that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Neil was meticulous both with his work and his respect for our house. Everything was carefully cleaned, tidied and put neatly away at the end of every day. It was a pleasure to come home from work and be greeted with positivity and progress. Nothing was too much trouble, and the issues which arose, of which there were a few, were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. The end result was fantastic, we are thrilled and would highly recommend. We’ve already booked Neil and his team for another bathroom next year!

Cannot speak too highly of Neil and Adam, this is not the first time that aquaspark have done work for us, and just like the first time the finished job is excellent. Great attention is paid to detail and nothing is too much trouble. Each day the place is left clean and tidy and I would not hesitate to have more work done by them should I require it.

Firstly, I would fully concur with all the comments made by previous reviewers. Neil and his team of hand-picked craftsmen deliver incredible results in a thoroughly professional and courteous manner. Neil is the type of tradesman who he would want to complete work in his own home, which is why his service is outstanding. We had our main bathroom and a small cloakroom refitted. The existing room posed many problems such as double layers of tiles stuck to the walls with concrete which proved almost impossible to remove. Neil and Adrian came up with ingenious solutions to problems encountered. We also had ceilings lowered, a loft ladder installed and various electrical systems brought up to date. The additional work was carried out to the same exacting standards as the 'normal' bathroom refit. I can say without any doubt that Neil, Adam and Adrian are the most professional, personable and competent tradesmen I have ever employed. I would whole-heartedly recommend Aquaspark to anyone who seeks the best!

When we decided to have a new bathroom we researched Which Trusted Traders after being let down by a local firm and decided on Aquaspark. Following a meeting with Neil where he fully explained our options and advised us what was required we felt confident to go away for 2 weeks while the work was completed. He was always prompt when he came to visit and the quotations were delivered immediately. He kept us informed of the progress and was thoroughly professional throughout. Returning home and dreading the clean up we were pleasantly surprised and impressed to find that not only did we have a beautiful new bathroom but no mess and everything was clean and tidy. We are both absolutely delighted and will certainly recommend both Neil and Adam.

We would like to also echo the views from the previous review Dec 18. Neil and Adam work to a very high standard and we are very pleased with our new bathroom. Both are a great team and are very trustworthy. Dust sheets were put down and any mess (minimal) was cleared away each day. We had a couple of changes along the way, changing an extractor fan and having additional tiling in places but that’s was no bother at all to accommodate We were that pleased with the bathroom, we are having the en-suite done also. We have just had our ensuite renewed. From start to finish everything has been done to a high standard. Neil and Adam (tiler) worked well together and were very professional at all times. Any issues were discussed with us and sound advice given by them to ensure we got the best out of the work. They arrived as promised everyday and put in a full days work. They cleared up each day and were very tidy throughout the process. My wife and I built up a good relationship with them both over a short period of time and we won't have any hesitation in using and recommending them again for further electrical, plumbing or tiling work. It is always a worrying time when trying to find honest good working traders but in our case it was a great decision made. It has to be said that we were dreading having the work done, but Neil and Adam fitted our new bathroom, and whilst repeating what many have said before I am going to anyway, the standard of workmanship is excellent, their attention to detail, politeness, consideration, and respect for our home is to a level rarely found these days. Should we have a need for future work, we will not hesitate to use their services again.

Neil and Adam the tiler have completely refurbished our cloakroom WC and bathroom. Their work is faultless and they are clean , tidy and meticulous with great attention to detail. They are punctual and work all day and they don’t go to other jobs whilst working on ours. They are honest and trustworthy and very pleasant people to have in the house and we have no hesitation to recommend them. Their work is first class.

We have used AquaSpark (Neil) for electrical work in the past and was very pleased then. Neil gave excellent advice and as before was very neat, tidy and showed great attention to detail with the lighting he fitted around our garage. I have no hesitation in recommending AquaSpark. No criticisms whatsoever!

I needed to get a seized stop cock and cold feed gate valve replaced and a new ball valve for the cold water tank plus a new kitchen mixer tap so called Neil for a quote. His prices were reasonable but I had to wait about a month due to him being very busy. I was prepared to wait as he had been given such praise by others. He called me when he was free and sorted everything out for me. His prices were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend him.

Neil has been at our house for 3 weeks doing the family bathroom, utility and will be back shortly to do 2 smaller bathrooms also. Neil was very detailed in his quotations and ensured we had everything we wanted. During the work he was great to have around, really friendly and tidy and the work was to perfecting standards. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aquaspark
