Bill and Darren were great. The work was really held up by the rain and cold but it pleased me that they wouldn't do it unless the conditions were right. Two days later they turned up but had to go again because of the weather. We wanted a long-term finish to our house as we're getting older and this fits the bill. It looks lovely and several neighbours have commented on it and asked for the phone number! They cleared up every day and were very polite

This year's rain was a real challenge, but Bill from Arbitar Coatings kept me informed throughout the entire project. He's a true professional – friendly, efficient, and always mindful of keeping the worksite clean. All materials were cleared away at the end of each day, and no mess was left behind. Bill's meticulous work ethic and positive attitude made the whole experience a pleasure. A big thank you to Darren also who worked with Bill on this job I appreciate your hard work. Our 1920’s solid concrete house was definitely showing its age when we hired Arbiter Coatings to renovate it. Even though the winter weather was against them and caused delays, Bill and Darren were able to transform the exterior. They removed the old loose paint, filled cracks, applied primer and finally the white Andura coating, leaving the house looking good as new. Bill and Darren are lovely guys to have working at your home. We found them to be hard working, efficient, tidy and polite.

Bill sprayed the 1st/2nd floor of our house and performed some stabilisation work prior. Previously the wall was cold and had algae/mould growth. I gave a few months before reviewing to ensure things stayed looking good but honestly still looks perfect. We/the neighbours are very pleased. Thank you!

The work required to be done on my property was render repair then waterproof wall coating on both the front & rear elevations. Getting quotations was not going well until Arbiter Coatings came to quote. The company is a family run business & Bill was extremity professional, knowledgeable & helpful. Finally a company that provided solutions rather than just finding problems. Their quote was clear, detailed & the price for the job was very competitive. The work was carried out to a very high standard & I am very pleased with the result. All Bill's team were helpful, worked really hard & were very patient whilst I drove them mad about what colour paint I wanted! Would have no hesitation in recommending them

We were extremely pleased with the job but did not leave a review as we would just be repeating all the good things said on other reviews. 10 months later the rooms that were suffering from damp because of damage to the outside render are now dry. We have had a couple of the rooms redecorated and they now look all fresh. Great job and great result.

Let me down three times to quote - unreliable
I made three separate arrangements with this company to come and view the job. Each time I stayed in ready for them to come, but they did not come. No phone call to let me know. There were fuel problems on one visit - a phone call to let me know they couldn’t come would have been sufficient. Very disappointing.
