I don't usually give reviews but Architectural Roofing deserve a recommendation as they were efficient, helpful, professional, friendly and hard working. Their initial quote was prompt, and after discussion, they adjusted it to fit my requirements. As well as repairs to chimneys and the surrounding walls, I decided to have new roof coverings, with absolutely no pressure to do so. They also brought forward the start date to fit in with my timescales. I did get other quotes, but they were the most responsive and explained things clearly. The price was fair and competitive, without skimping on quality.

After many years having it patched up by Architectural Roofing, I decided to give my 1904 house the facelift it deserved and get a new roof. Although the quotation was more expensive than I'd hoped to pay, I reminded myself of all the extras I'd requested: upgrading the tiles to natural slate; repointing some well-worn brickwork; increasing the loft insulation to meet 2022 standards; and replacing both the original snow guard at the back and the porch roof at the front. Dave's comprehensive quote itemised the cost of each, and he patiently answered my many queries. Although he was booked up for months ahead, he was flexible and accommodating when it came to finalising the start date (because I needed to delay it by two or three weeks). He was also impressively quick off the mark at the end of the work to correct errors in the council's completion certificate. Dave's team were cheerful and diligent and did a thoroughly professional job. My new roof looks beautiful and I would not hesitate to recommend Architectural Roofing.

I asked for their opinion of what needed doing after experiencing some minor leaks. They advised replacing the concrete valleys with zink, replacing the flashing and replacing the dorma flat roof. They have been extremely efficient. The work started exactly as they said it would and during the process I was kept well informed about what had been achieved andwhat would happen next. My queries via email were also answered immediately. The team were friendly and helpful. They also worked over the weekend to make use of good weather and get the work completed quickly. The price came in exactly as quoted with no hidden extras. I am very impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending them and I would definately use them again.

We have used Dave and his company a couple of times, everyone is very easy to deal with and will share exactly what they are doing, they turn up when they say they will and will also bring forward work if their diary allows. I have every confidence in the work undertaken and will wait to use them rather that hunt for an alternative.

Work undertaken was to strip off existing coverings to the main roof, two storey rear extension and small flat roof of rear extension and replace with new. Included all gutters, facias, skip and scaffolding hire and liaising with local council. A substantial amount of work! Dave and his team are very friendly and professional and workmanship is excellent. Would highly recommend them.

From the start this was excellent. A very thorough assessment of what needed to be done clearly telling me the problems and explaining them to me in a way I could understand. Very efficient and very easy to contact. Good price. Very easy to sort out when work could be done. All communications were quick and very satisfactory. The work they did over several days is great. New flat roof. New ridge tiles, guttering and making roof safe, was done very well. Cleared up afterwards and all people very pleasant. They did some extra things as they noticed potential problems at no extra charge. I am very pleased with what has been done. Would highly recommend them.

This is a highly trustworthy and hardworking company who keep you informed every step of the way. The work replacing my roof was delayed by a week due to the predicted bad weather, but once started everything went smoothly. The 3 men doing the work were friendly, respectful and got the work done to a very high standard. The company also provided the insulation and placed it in my loft ready for my family to board the space to the new statutory regulations. I am extremely pleased with the finished result and love the velux window which brings in so much extra light. The scaffolding company were also very efficient in both putting it up and taking it down at the end of the work, both in the pouring rain which even though they were soaked, they kept going and completed it. I would definitely recommend this company to others and will use them again as and when I need to.

Having used Architectural Roofing before, we did not hesitate to call them out for replacement chimney work and making good work carried out. Gutter clearance was also added. The team were very considerate and respectful, having changed appointments to suit our concerns re COVID. The work was carried out smoothly and to budget. They cleared up well. Dave and his team did an excellent job replacing defective guttering. They responded quickly , gave us a quote and then did the job all within a couple of days. They were on time, cleared up and were a pleasure to deal with. Worth paying for this level of service.
