Having got a competitive quote and acceptable start date for a full replacement roof, Ryan and his team carried out an excellent, professional and highly proficient replacement of the roof. This was done with excellent communication and ample explanation of work needed with minimal disruption, cleaning after themselves at every stage. Job was satisfactory to the extent that we immediately commissioned the additional replacement of our double garage roof to be carried out as well - Ryan and team handled this addition in the same helpful and professional manner. Ryan and his team installed a new PVC fascia, and undertook some additional work around my roof. This was the 3rd time I have used his company. As always, they were punctual, completed the job on schedule and worked quickly and effectively. He can be relied on to get the job done and the work is carried out to a high standard. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company and indeed, 3 of my neighbours have requested quotes, based on the first class work he has done on my roof.

I chose ARH Roofing because they had previously been engaged by a family member on a major job a few years ago. They came highly recommended. I could see that sections of the tiled roof were suffering from 30 plus years and, to be honest, some original substandard building work. My thoughts were of a full roof replacement. However, Ryan, advised that that would incur unnecessary cost since the roof was essentially sound. Some sections of tiling and ridges did need repair, soffit boards required some realignment and fascia boards were in need of replacement, necessitating replacement of gutters and downpipes. He advised that no benefit would have been gained from a full roof replacement. This would address the problems that had been created by wear and tear and deal with cosmetic issues from repairs carried out by others over the years. I took his advice. The work commenced on the date scheduled and continued without drama for the next three days. I am very pleased with the results and have no hesitation in recommending Ryan and his team at ARH Roofing.

Picked Ryan to replace main roof based on reviews and good feeling after discussing scope of work with him and receiving a competitive Quote .All work carried out on time and to budget despite it being a terrible week weather wise. Job commenced on what was probably the only real dry day of the week and roof was stripped sheeted and watertight by end of day. Despite my concerns over the weather all work completed to high standard and scaffolding and skip removed before the forecast winds arrived. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ryan and his team or getting them back if need work done in the future. Great bunch of guys , hard working, declining offers of tea or coffee and choosing to carry on working . Tidied up at end of every day and it’s the first time anyone has ever hovered my grass. All work guaranteed and while i don't expect to need it I have every confidence any issues would be resolved based on attitude and helpfulness during installation.

I cannot recommend ARH Contractors enough for any roofing job you may have. You will not be dissapointed. Having been quoted ridiculous amounts by other companies, we were recommend ARH Contractors by a famiy member who had used them and im glad we were. We got Ryan and his crew out to replace both our large awkard shaped house roof and large garage roof with 3 skylights. From start to finish these guys were exceptional. Ryan explained how the job would progress and keep us up to date on their progress daily. They showed up on time and tidied up after each days work. The standard of work carried out by them is a true testament to their knowledge of the job. Any questions we had or little extra things we thought of as the job went on was no problem at all to them. They replaced all PVC facia on both dorma windows and the old guttering. Even when there was a high wind storm and they had to cancel that day, Ryan was out early that morning to ensure everything was safe and secure so as no to damage our property. The finished roofs are outstanding and we have been complimented by neighbours, friends and family on how good it all looks.

We arranged with our neighbour a simultaneous and complete roof replacement of our adjacent properties. From the outset Ryan responded very quickly by visiting to discuss the work and rapidly followed-up by sending a detailed quote. We found Ryan and his team easy to talk with. They were very hard working with a high standard of care and attention to the work and safety measures required. They kept strictly to their schedule with flawless time keeping and were respectful of our property and neighbours. Tidiness was exemplary. We appreciated the daily progress updates. Ryan also identified and replaced some cracked tiles on the extension roof at no extra charge. There were no hidden or additional costs from the original detailed quotation. ARH are a great example of a reliable, conscientious and highly skilled trader.

Ryan and the ARH team did a roof replacement for us. Once the scaffolding was up, the job was completed in three days, which was impressive ! From when he came to look and quote, to when the team completed the job, I felt at ease with Ryan. I was anticipating the whole thing to be stressful and dreading it really - but no worries at all. Everything all left clean and tidy each day as well. The roof itself looks great too ! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing roofing work done.
