I am really pleased with the service provided by Array Electrics for the installation of our solar panels and battery storage system. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. The installation was completed to a high standard, and I am delighted with the result. It’s great to have a system that will help make better use of renewable energy and reduce my electricity bills. Array Electrics have been a marvellous company to work with. From the start they have been honest, fair and professional. No question was too incidental and they were happy to supply all the technical information I needed to make an informed choice of solar panels, inverters and batteries. Gareth, my handler, was always available and never pressurised me; and their price was steady (no hidden extras!) and very fair. Once agreed, the scaffolding team were quick, professional and courteous (taking care to avoid wrecking my garden); and the installation team couldn't have been better! They worked hard - sometimes in appalling weather - with nothing more than a few cups of tea. The work was done professionally, safely and with real skill; and the handover at the end of their work was clear and easy to follow. Finally, one of their Directors, Scott, couldn't have been better, helping me to get to grips with the Fox Cloud2 app and always available to answer any queries. Five stars on communication all round! The system has been up and running for just over a month already and I'm impressed with how well it's working and already delivering dividends. I did a lot of research before choosing Array, and I'm so glad that I did! All in all, they've been wonderful to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others (which I've done already). Exceptional!

I had no knowledge of Solar PV systems and did not know any one to could give a recommendation. I selected 3 local companies. Array Electrics were chosen as I found they were the most professional, thorough and honest with their quotes and recommendations. No over powering sales pressure. Array from start to finish have been great. In 1 day the system was fitted and up and running. Wiring tidily encased in trunking all components fixed, a really clean and professional fitment. The scaffolding was removed quickly afterwards. We have been lucky with the weather this year and so far the system has out performed Gareths performance quotes. Gareth and the team at ARRAY Electrics have been outstanding, just a phone call away with help understanding and operating the system app and all required grid paperwork.

Array electrics have installed 9 solar panels on my chalet bungalow. They were very professional with everything. Scott was superb in explaining everything about how solar energy would benefit me. He sent my proposal by email and no hidden costs. I am so pleased with the guys who put up the scaffolding and the team who put the solar panels on the roof. Alex the electrician was so helpful in showing me how to use the app. I would recommend this honest professional company one hundred per cent.

Array Electrics were recommended by our neighbours who had been researching solar panels to be installed, with a battery. While they were with them, we asked if they could come and see us, which they were happy to do. We were impressed from the beginning. The approach, knowledge, patience and customer service was so refreshing. They explained in as much detail as we wanted, gave sound advice, gave us a quote and left us with no pressure, and the opportunity to contact them with any further enquiries. Which we did, and it was dealt with just the same. We did get other quotes, but to us there was no doubt that Array was the company we would choose. It was Scott that took us through every stage of quote, installation and aftercare. He was very professional, and kept in touch regularly. From the scaffolders, to the installation team, all were friendly, efficient and competent. Scott came on the installation day to make sure we were happy with everything, and has kept in touch. We are very happy with the panels and battery, it looks really neat, and is working well. An excellent experience, and we would highly recommend Scott, and Array Electrics to anyone. (A friend of ours has been impressed too and has gone ahead with them for their Solar Panels).

I found Array Electrics after searching numerous solar companies. At first I wasn’t certain as many other companies initially appeared significantly cheaper. However other companies very quickly started to ramp up prices from the bold advertising claims. Array Electrics were clear very quickly as to what the likely cost would be. All cost changes after that were based on my additions. I particularly liked the willingness to dive as deep as I wanted into the technical side of things and they were more than happy to share technical documentation of products they were offering which allowed me to do my own research as well. Any areas that could have affected the install or cost because they needed clarification and checking, such as the physical survey of the roof, were clearly highlighted. Install team were very efficient, friendly and progressional. I was walked through the systems and associated apps. All extra activity such as registering with the DNO and MCS were super efficient and well within expected timescales. Communication was excellent throughout. Preston and Josh were my main points of contact and were on hand at all times to keep me on track and up to speed. Install has been in place for about 4 weeks now and I’ve been very satisfied with the quality of work and performance of the system.

I highly recommend Array Electrics for anyone looking into solar energy. They provided clear guidance helping me to make the best choice of system feom the numerous options for solar. The design process was fantastic with Lucy who handled the design and was brilliant. She worked with me through numerous adjustments until it was perfect. There were no nasty surprises with execution, I was given clear timelines for approvals needed for installation to progress which they chased up on and installation was great. Follow-up actions they had committed to were all delivered exactly as promised. Great service from start to finish!

We were expertly guided through the complicated world of solar panel systems by Scott from Array. From the initial contact right through to the follow-up he has been most helpful. Good communication throughout. No pushy sales tactics, just sound advice based on listening to our ideas of what we needed and explaining the different options. He provided quotes for two alternatives and once we had made our decision (after getting quotes from 2 other firms), it was only a couple of weeks until our system was up and running. The scaffolders and installation team were excellent, and we are very happy with our 8 panels, inverter and battery which have already made a big difference to our electricity bills. Our neighbours were impressed too, so much so that they have had a similar system installed by Array this week. We have also recommended them to friends.

Our solar inverter failed and, rather than immediately recommending an expensive replacement, Array Electrics took the time to discuss the possibility that the fault could be the AC isolator instead. They offered to attend and test the isolator first, while bringing a replacement inverter with them just in case it was needed. That approach alone could have saved us the cost and inconvenience of a second visit, and showed they were genuinely interested in finding the right solution rather than simply replacing parts. Communication throughout was excellent. They kept us informed, managed to bring the appointment forward earlier than originally expected, and arrived exactly as promised. The two engineers were professional, friendly, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with. A new inverter was needed, as suspected and we have the peace of mind that we have the best possible outcome. The pricing was competitive, the workmanship was completed to a very high standard, and the whole experience was straightforward from start to finish. It's becoming increasingly rare to find companies that combine technical knowledge, honesty, good communication, and great customer service so well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Array Electrics to friends, family, or anyone needing electrical or solar work carried out. A first-class service and excellent value for money.

Scott and the team were superb from start to finish. I had a few quotes and there was only one option for me. Array surveyed my house, quickly provided a competitive quote and gave honest advice throughout. I had some bad experiences with pestering Sales staff before I worked with Array. Scott was not pushy, he is technically excellent and they delivered a quality service, on time and to budget. Since the install, Scott has been available to answer questions, help me familiarise with the Fox app and answered my messages with sound advice and helping me get the best out of the app and system setup. I am constantly on the Fox app and the system is generating huge solar PV generation and exporting to the grid. Already electricity free in April and my export is paying for gas. I can’t wait to see the summer months and the system perfomance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, they renewed my faith in Solar companies. We still chat from time to time, so I can gloat about my system hitting new performance highs. Thanks to Scott and the team, all fantastic.

From the initial discussions, I was very confident I had made a good choice. Scott isn't just a sales person, he actively shows you data discusses all the scenarios and he also has his own solar setup. After the planning and I felt this was an excellent choice. From start to finish the service I received from Solar Panel Installers (part of Array Electrics) was first class. My initial contact with Scott Drew was courteous and helpful and he managed the organising of the installing of a new inverter extremely efficiently. The installation was arranged very quickly, and the installing itself by Nathan and Bradley was efficient and they were pleasant and respectful of our home. Overall, an excellent service.

The whole team at Array Electrics provided a brilliant service for our solar PV and battery system installation. It was a difficult project for several reasons, very high roof, heritage Swithland slate roof, 6 different mounting aspects and long cable runs. But they kept at it from dawn to dusk, even beyond, to complete the job on time and budget. The next day, in January, we generated 10kWh and look forward to five times that in summer. Well done team.

I cannot recommend the Array Electrics team highly enough. From start to finish they were excellent. Everything was fully explained by Scott during his visit and up to installation. I was happy to leave the installation team at my home whilst I went to work. Nathan explained the operation and left my home as I had left it. A couple of after sales queries were answered very quickly. Would most definitely recommend. The service felt personal, not corporate.

Scott assisted with the design of the system. I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism demonstrated by Scott. He went through the quote with me and made sure I understood the content. He also always answered the phone or called me back to address any of my concerns. The installation happened as per schedule and the team was always professional and friendly. After the installation, Scott followed up to make sure we were happy with the installation. The savings we saw over the past few months were impressive. We will use them agIn for any further projects.

We found the solar experience very taxing from salesman using sales-trained techniques to inexperienced companies trying to offer packages. We loved the time and attention from Array Electrics and seeing them deliver on installation. We've held off leaving a review until now so that we could see a year's worth of performance. Very pleased with the service, we found the support post-installation support 1st class and love that we had a call to flag we had forgotten to stop the charge on our battery. We were able to have the panels, battery etc. installed only a couple of weeks after quote and survey (I think we just happened on a good period). The installation was done efficiently and tidily with no mess being left. The whole team worked extremely hard and had some of the panels together with the battery connected and working in one day. It took only a short time the following day to finish off. The wiring was done extremely neatly and everything explained. Of particular worth to us was the way they were able to get round our limited access to the roof space as we have a dormer type bungalow. Even on a dull day in winter we have been able to save some energy from the grid but on a sunny day at the start of February we had a fully charged battery, exported some energy back to the grid so making savings. There have been other similar days. Overall cost was approximately 2/3 of a quote we had a year earlier from a local authority promoted scheme.
