From start to finish the service I received from Solar Panel Installers (part of Array Electrics) was first class. My initial contact with Scott Drew was courteous and helpful and he managed the organising of the installing of a new inverter extremely efficiently. The installation was arranged very quickly, and the installing itself by Nathan and Bradley was efficient and they were pleasant and respectful of our home. Overall, an excellent service.

The whole team at Array Electrics provided a brilliant service for our solar PV and battery system installation. It was a difficult project for several reasons, very high roof, heritage Swithland slate roof, 6 different mounting aspects and long cable runs. But they kept at it from dawn to dusk, even beyond, to complete the job on time and budget. The next day, in January, we generated 10kWh and look forward to five times that in summer. Well done team.

From planning and quotation, to installation and clean up, Array were a quality supplier. The guys installed the system in two days, with a minimum of fuss and no interference with our ongoing life. I cannot recommend the Array Electrics team highly enough. From start to finish they were excellent. Everything was fully explained by Scott during his visit and up to installation. I was happy to leave the installation team at my home whilst I went to work. Nathan explained the operation and left my home as I had left it. A couple of after sales queries were answered very quickly. Would most definitely recommend. The service felt personal, not corporate.

Scott assisted with the design of the system. I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism demonstrated by Scott. He went through the quote with me and made sure I understood the content. He also always answered the phone or called me back to address any of my concerns. The installation happened as per schedule and the team was always professional and friendly. After the installation, Scott followed up to make sure we were happy with the installation. The savings we saw over the past few months were impressive. We will use them agIn for any further projects.

We found the solar experience very taxing from salesman using sales-trained techniques to inexperienced companies trying to offer packages. We loved the time and attention from Array Electrics and seeing them deliver on installation. We've held off leaving a review until now so that we could see a year's worth of performance. Very pleased with the service, we found the support post-installation support 1st class and love that we had a call to flag we had forgotten to stop the charge on our battery. Highly recommend Array from product knowledge, quality of installations and aftercare. Thanks all at Array

We were able to have the panels, battery etc. installed only a couple of weeks after quote and survey (I think we just happened on a good period). The installation was done efficiently and tidily with no mess being left. The whole team worked extremely hard and had some of the panels together with the battery connected and working in one day. It took only a short time the following day to finish off. The wiring was done extremely neatly and everything explained. Of particular worth to us was the way they were able to get round our limited access to the roof space as we have a dormer type bungalow. Even on a dull day in winter we have been able to save some energy from the grid but on a sunny day at the start of February we had a fully charged battery, exported some energy back to the grid so making savings. There have been other similar days. Overall cost was approximately 2/3 of a quote we had a year earlier from a local authority promoted scheme.

Scott first contacted me in April after I had entered my name in a compare site for solar panels. I was unsure as to whether or not to proceed but he was very good at explaining the technical side of things and didn't give up on me. More recently a special offer became available and this time I agreed to go ahead, purchasing 9 panels and 2 batteries. Scott arranged for the survey to be done and then booked in the dates for the work. The scaffolders were efficient and friendly, followed by the technicians who worked steadily until the job was done. They explained the workings of the inverter and encouraged me to download the app 'FoxCloud' to track when the solar is working. It is too early to say how well it is working as the sky is grey but I am confident that my electricity bills will be significantly reduced. I know that I can ring Scott if I have any questions. He answers the phone in person - no intermediary.

Full installation of solar panel array and battery storage to residential property. From the initial requirements survey to some after care system restoration work the team worked tirelessly, efficiently and with the utmost care to feedback what was being done, why, and how it would be achieved. The team leader also took great pains to walk me through the Systems ?app? to explain what information it would show and the monitoring process it provided to identify and speedily highlight any system issues. This became very apparent following a rare manufacturing fault with one of the storage batteries. The Array team identified the problem and took steps over an extended period to resolve the issue with which they again fedback detailed information of what was happening. I have, and will continue to recommend this company to friends and family who may be considering having a solar panel system fitted.

I had 15 Solar Panels installed along with the inverter and two 5KWh Battery Units plus and controller for my Immersion heater and they replace and added to my smoke detectors.
