The arrangement was very smooth and quick and the admin team very very friendly and helpful. The technicians were very professional and took time to explain every detail of the proposed procedure. They were very tidy and careful, and completed the work without any mess.

On initial visit to provide a quote for extracting our original failed blown fibre cavity wall insulation the chap used a fibre optic camera to show my what was going on in our wall cavity to help me make an informed decision. He was friendly and knowledgeable and didn't try and hard sell me new cavity wall insulation during his visit. The quote I got back did include optional costings for having new insulation installed as well as a link providing more information about the product used. We opted for the extraction of the old insulation as well as the installation of new insulation. The information provided allowed us to make up our own minds pressure free. The extraction team arrived promptly on the expected day and worked hard for the three days they were here. They left everything tidy at the end of each day and were flexible to accommodate an issue we had providing them scaffolding over our conservatory. This was something we chose to arrange ourselves to make things easier for them. Unfortunately our original scaffolder had an accident the day before he was due to arrive. This meant finding a replacement at very short notice. The extraction team rescheduled their Friday job to Thursday allowing me time to sort the scaffolding out rather than having to delay and reschedule the completion. The installation team arrived the following week and were done in less than 2 hours as they had a 3 person team. Very quick, tidy, polite and careful. Would recommend this company.

Arrow have been nothing but perfect throughout the process. The extraction team (old insulation removal) where fast, efficient & tidy. The guys that came to install the bead insulation Sean & Lee arrived on time, informed me of the work scope, gave me a detailed explanation of how the job went & left the walls in a perfect condition for the rendering team to complete their task. This small firm offers a quality service. They are courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. The pleasant surveyor has years of experience behind him and was therefore able to describe exactly what would be entailed with the work. The installers were also experienced and brought that to bear in their work. They were intelligent and where necessary able to employ lateral thinking in their approach to the job. These men take a pride in their work and their intention is to do the best job possible not only for the sake of the customer but also for their own satisfaction and also - pragmatically - because they wouldn't need to be called back at a later date to sort out any snags. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is thinking of cavity wall insulation in the area of central southern England.

We had our cavity wall insulation done by Arrow insulation after getting a quote and reading the reviews. Our first appointment had to be cancelled due to bad weather, another appointment was made for about two weeks later, but three days before we had a call to ask if they could come on that day which suited us as we were home. Two guys came they were very polite and helpful they carried out the work in around 2 hours, cleaned up afterwards. We need to wait to find out what a difference it will make to the warmth but are confident that from what we’ve been told our heating bills will go down. I would recommend Arrow insulation, also anytime I have contacted the office by email I have received a prompt reply and a friendly person always on the phone.
