We have a 1960’s bungalow that always felt cold and damp and discovered that the cavity wall insulation was the poorly filled woollen fibre type. Looking for a local Dorset-based business that came with good reviews we came across Arrow that provided both the extraction and fill service we needed. Matthew first came out to survey the cavities and was very thorough and helpful in explaining the situation and what Arrow could do to help, and swiftly followed up with a quote for the works. No pressurised selling. Carly in the office was really helpful in arranging the works that would take place over two days, with the extraction team having to go about their business on a day when it poured with rain all day. How they stayed smiling and cheerful all day was beyond me. The cavity fill team the next day were as professional as the team before and left our property clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Arrow and our property now feels warmer and drier as a consequence of their hard work.

We had degraded foam insulation removed and replaced by bead insulation in order to address damp problems caused by cold walls. Arrow Insulation provided an excellent service from survey and quote through to removal and refill. The removal was, as we were warned, noisy and dusty, but the team of Dan, Lee, Sean and Graham were at pains to check inside for entry points and to seal them up as they went. All they outside work was thoroughly cleaned up and throughout the team were friendly, polite and kept us informed about the process and progress. I was even impressed with the admin team who were friendly and responded quickly to keep us up to date with changes in plans due to some equipment breaking. Would certainly use the company again.

Brilliant work from beginning to finish. Work was carried out efficiently from survey to installation, which was great as we wanted the house insulated before winter. Thanks to Dan and Sean who installed our wall cavity and loft insulation - and were very polite and tidy with their work. There were no problems at all and not much inconvenience to us. We are very pleased with the results and the house already feels warmer, therefor I would strongly recommend Arrow.

Arrow Insulation carried out a thorough and careful survey of my Victorian terraced house to check that it was suitable for cavity wall insulation. The surveyor recommended some remedial repointing of some of the brickwork before the insulation was installed. After this repointing had been done and Arrow Insulation had checked with me that it had been done, the installers came to install the insulation. The work was done to the agreed schedule and budget. I was impressed by the surveyor and by the installers. They were all very helpful and courteous. The installers tidied up afterwards.

The installation team were so efficient, polite and very clean. They called before they arrived to advise of arrival time. \Nothing was a problem - any issues were overcome with no fuss. The cost of the installation was very competitive and worth every penny. I have already noticed a drop in energy costs.

The arrangement was very smooth and quick and the admin team very very friendly and helpful. The technicians were very professional and took time to explain every detail of the proposed procedure. They were very tidy and careful, and completed the work without any mess.

On initial visit to provide a quote for extracting our original failed blown fibre cavity wall insulation the chap used a fibre optic camera to show my what was going on in our wall cavity to help me make an informed decision. He was friendly and knowledgeable and didn't try and hard sell me new cavity wall insulation during his visit. The quote I got back did include optional costings for having new insulation installed as well as a link providing more information about the product used. We opted for the extraction of the old insulation as well as the installation of new insulation. The information provided allowed us to make up our own minds pressure free. The extraction team arrived promptly on the expected day and worked hard for the three days they were here. They left everything tidy at the end of each day and were flexible to accommodate an issue we had providing them scaffolding over our conservatory. This was something we chose to arrange ourselves to make things easier for them. Unfortunately our original scaffolder had an accident the day before he was due to arrive. This meant finding a replacement at very short notice. The extraction team rescheduled their Friday job to Thursday allowing me time to sort the scaffolding out rather than having to delay and reschedule the completion. The installation team arrived the following week and were done in less than 2 hours as they had a 3 person team. Very quick, tidy, polite and careful. Would recommend this company.

Arrow have been nothing but perfect throughout the process. The extraction team (old insulation removal) where fast, efficient & tidy. The guys that came to install the bead insulation Sean & Lee arrived on time, informed me of the work scope, gave me a detailed explanation of how the job went & left the walls in a perfect condition for the rendering team to complete their task. First class service from a very professional company.

This small firm offers a quality service. They are courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. The pleasant surveyor has years of experience behind him and was therefore able to describe exactly what would be entailed with the work. The installers were also experienced and brought that to bear in their work. They were intelligent and where necessary able to employ lateral thinking in their approach to the job. These men take a pride in their work and their intention is to do the best job possible not only for the sake of the customer but also for their own satisfaction and also - pragmatically - because they wouldn't need to be called back at a later date to sort out any snags. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is thinking of cavity wall insulation in the area of central southern England.
