Steve and the crew shifted our mountain of delicate stuff with great care and efficiency over the busy Xmas period from Sheffield to the North East. Steve and the team were challenged with moving 2 x large industrial units with office furniture, cupboards and kitchen dishwasher/fridges etc… (29 employees). They pre-dropped off 60 crates to enable the contents of drawers/cupboards to be emptied, which made the move easier. Then on the moving day followed a plan of the new offices and carefully (with no damage) delivered every piece of furniture to the correct place. Excellent work and well recommended

We had a long haul removal and this firm was situated in the middle. I contacted the firm and we did a quote using a recorded video. The quote was reasonable and a date was agreed. Due to a legal issue in the chain that date became doubtful and ultimately failed. I phoned Steve RUPIK and asked if he could store the contents of our house for a week as we had to split the housing chain. He accommodated this and was reasonable with the charging for the extra labour and storage. They arrived at our house on time with two vehicles and worked very hard at loading them in very high temperatures. There was a lot of ifs and buts re the delivery date due to legal issues again! Mr Rupik was understanding and helpful. Finally the date was confirmed and the delivery was done on one of the hottest days of the year. They worked very hard and barely stopped for a break. Mr Rupik and his team did a great job in difficult circumstances and were polite, courteous and good humoured throughout the move.

Steve, Jamie and Dave were incredible and made our move from London to Sheffield as smooth as possible. They packed up our flat incredibly quickly but also safely (nothing damaged!) and were so helpful in unloading different boxes and furniture to different rooms in our new house. All done with a smile, even when a wardrobe got stuck on the stairs... If we ever move again would definitely use them!

We hired them to move my partner's furniture into my house when we began living together. During the move we found that there was too much furniture for our house so we put some of into store with them. It couldn't have been easier and was a great price. A couple of weeks later we upgraded to a bigger storage container and they collected more furniture to store for us to make room in the house for my partner's dialysis machine. Their customer service during a stressful time could not have been better. They've been quick, very helpful and the price was very reasonable.

We used Arrow Removals based on a recommendation from a friend. We’d had 3 other quotes for home removal and all said the move would have to take place over 2 days. I had to check with Steve that he was sure he could do it in 1 day. Upon sensing my anxiety Steve came and did a face to face quote and again was sure it’d take a day. Steve and his 2 colleagues had our 3 bed terrace packed onto the van in 4 hours. It was quick, with the team knowing exactly what needed to be packed first. All our items arrived safely. Unfortunately our solicitor caused unexpected issues and the house sale didn’t complete on the day we booked our removal. Steve and his team were so sympathetic and pragmatic and did all that was possible to accommodate our situation. Even though our move had to take place over an additional day, plus another unloading delivery and storage, the price was still fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Arrow to anyone wanting to move house. They won’t overcharge you and their competence let’s you focus on the stresses elsewhere!

We used the Arrow team to move a large amount of belongings from one 4 bedroom house in Sheffield to another. The team were incredibly professional, polite and we’re a joy to work with. Several large pieces of furniture needed to be dismantled before moving, the team dealt with this with no hassle at all. They also moved a very heavy upright piano. Everything was delivered to the right place in perfect condition. All in all they made our moving day as easy as it could possibly be and I will definitely use this company again for any future moves.

Ours was a large house removal over 2 days. Arrow gave a clear written quote after a site visit. Due to circumstance beyond our control the removal date was rescheduled by a couple of weeks, which they handled cooperatively. On removal day Steve and the boys were well organised, careful and swift. They were good humoured throughout and discussed anything they were unsure of. We also had an outside shed, a store and a lot of potted plants. All moved without fuss over the 2 days. The moving in time got delayed by over 2 hours awaiting monies clearance by solicitors, but Steve and co waited patiently (more patiently than us!) before being given the go ahead. Would have no hesitation in recommending this trader for clarity, communication, and getting the job done effectively

Arrow Removals took care of my belongings for almost a year when my shipping container at another storage yard flooded in 2019. It was a really stressful time for me and they helped alleviate some of my worries. They've stored my belongings for a very reasonable rate while I've looked to purchase a property, and have been very accommodating when I've needed to add more items along the journey. The big move happened this week, and Steve and Tom drove all the way from Sheffield to Dunoon on the West Coast of Scotland, leaving in the wee small hours of the night to get to my new place by 10am in the morning. They've both got a great attitude, really friendly and good-humoured; they didn't even mind waiting until the last box came off the van with the sugar in it so they could have a well-earned cup of tea! Arrow Removals are a great company; communication has always been excellent, they're well priced and hard-working. So I'd thoroughly recommend booking them if you need storage or removal, or both.

I booked Arrow to move my flat on the worst day possible, it was thick with snow from the 'beast from the east' Arrow was recommended to my by a friend and im so glad i listened to her as the men that arrived were great. They dug out my drive of snow to get there lorry on worked in almost a blizzard and were cheerful and had lots of banter all day. What a great set of lads. All my stuff in the right rooms at the new place and they even put some sticky plastic stuff on my carpets to save them from the snow. Thanks Steve,Tom and Jamie for all your hard work.

The lads that collected our stuff couldn't have been more polite or professional, they took extreme care with everything they moved and I couldn't have asked for a better service. The total service we got from start to finish was great.

We used the biggest removal company in the UK last time we moved our office and it was a shambles so we vowed to get a local firm in this time and I'm so glad we did. From the first call to arrange a quote to when they collected the removal crates after the move,was made easy by the Arrow teams professionalism and attention to detail. We would give them 6 stars if we could!

My father died in June and unfortunately we had to move all of the stuff from his house for the sale. We put most of it in storage with Arrow and they packed it all as well. I can't say how happy I am with both the service and the honesty of the lads that did the move. My father was 91 years old and very forgetful and had hidden £1000 in an envelope under his bedside table. Even though I was downstairs they found the cash and brought it right to me even though I didn't even know it was there. 100% honesty and a faultless job.

We used Arrow 5 years ago to store our stuff while we went traveling and because they made it so easy we decided to use them again for our move this time. The team that arrived were really good, despite all the stairs to our house (it's on the side of a hill) they got on with moving us quickly and without complaint. They were careful with our stuff despite my crappy attempts at packing and made the whole day easy. Glad to see they are still doing well.

Moved us in foul January weather but the lads that came were great. They put sellotape stuff on our cream carpets to keep them clean and we had great banter with the lads all day despite the weather. I even got a NHS discount so can't complain.

From the first call Arrow had excellent communication, explaining their services and reassuring my wife and I prior to the move as we do tend to worry about the little things. They were happy to email a copy of there terms,and proof of there insurance before we booked them which put our mind at rest a little. The move itself was very smooth. The crew were very friendly and polite. I couldn't have wished for a better move. I will certainly be using them next time.

We moved just before Christmas and it was all a bit of a last minute rush. We wanted to pack ourselves but just didn't get time, so when we contacted Arrow on the recommendation of a friend I was happy to find they also packed as well as moving. we paid a small deposit, and they arrived the day before the move to pack they were cheerful and got on with packing all our junk. The move the next day was done by 2 different fellas but as with the day before they worked like robots not even stopping when my wife gave them coffee and biscuits which surprised me. All in all I give Arrow 100% and seeing the 'Which?' badge only gave me more confidence in booking them.

These guys moved my Piano across Sheffield today. They did a great job, lifted the Piano like it was nothing and were very professional.
