Took the 'Gold' package to move from a large house. Packers came the day before to pack all the fragiles, dismantle a large wardrobe, large bed and pack the first van. The next day, three more vans were packed and ready to go once the keys were available. Staff were very polite and helpful at all times. Some stayed quite late on the removal day to complete the unloading to our satisfaction. blankets were used extensively to protect walkways and staircases. The only damage out of four vanloads was one small chip in a wardrobe door. Overall an excellent service - I would use again

We used ASAP to move from a house to an apartment with several flights of stairs.They arrived early,were very polite,worked extremely hard and with the technical furniture they disassembled and reassembled it perfectly.A highly professional service which took a great deal of the aggravation out of a painful day!Will definitely use again

The ASAP team of 6 did the full packing service for us, and moved us from our 4-bed house in Chichester to our new one in the South Downs. They were prompt, friendly, efficient, professional, capable and showed a lovely pride in doing their jobs well. And throughout the 2 day process, they all stayed positive; nothing was too much bother for them, and their cheerful professionalism made the entire thing feel smooth and trouble-free (which is NOT our usual experience of moving house!) I genuinely couldn’t have asked more of them.

Shaun and David arrived early but were happy to wait till I was ready at the arranged time. They really couldn't have been more helpful in every way. We had arranged for some furniture to be moved but they saw other things that needed doing and volunteered to cope with them too. I was very impressed!

We booked ASAP Removals to pack and transport our belongings to our new flat. We found them very professional and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Once we had moved they returned to our old house to clear out furniture and lots of rubbish left behind. They even returned later without charging us and collected some outside garden bits we had forgot to put out. Their charges were very reasonable for the work they did.

I had to move my mum from a house to a flat and was recommended to try this firm. They were absolutely brilliant. Nothing but good words for this company and their service. Our two moving helpers Dean and Brook was super amazing, helpful and friendly. They were like the banana in pajamas twins, great teamwork and very funny! From the start to the end they were really quick and efficient! I felt very secure and reassured that my move will be stress-free the moment they introduced themselves this morning. The quotation process was amazing as well being done on a video call made it so much easier during these trying times as well. Overall 11/10 service for the amazing duo. I used ASAP when I was moving house from Chichester in West Sussex to Warrington in Cheshire. John was prompt in getting in touch to come and arrange a quote and talk through the options available. I went for their full platinum package which meant apart from packing and valuables like jewellery, I did not have to lift a finger. The team on the day arrived at my flat and packed every single item I owned. Everything was wrapped carefully using paper and/or bubble wrap and all furniture wrapped to protect it with covers or shrink wrap etc. I couldn't have got a better service and was the least stressful move I've ever done! Absolute 5* service and particular thanks to Gabon for dealing with my endless questions and Shane who was brilliant across both days of the move! Highly recommended!
