Ashgrove Kitchens Ltd

We had our kitchen replaced by Ashgrove Kitchens in 2016. We had been very pleased with it but recently one of the drawers started malfunctioning. We rang the company who promised to get one of their fitters to come round and investigate. The following day the fitter telephoned to say he was in the area. He arrived within half an hour and fixed the problem. The following day the company rang to check the work had been carried out to our satisfaction, which it was. Very good after care in accordance with the guarantee they had given on their initial installation.

Used Ashgrove kitchens for new bedroom units. The designer was excellent and designed everything we required. We tried 5 other companies by Ashgrove stood out a mile on price, availability and professionalism. The designer Luke was excellent. The fitters Brett and his son were superb. Clean tidy, on time and totally professional. Because of this we were going to get our kitchen done. Looked at 6 companies, but Ashgrove stood out on everything. Again used Luke, Brett and his son. Well we made the right decision. Exactly the same as bedroom. Would absolutely recommend them for both. The back office staff were very helpful throughout. What an outstanding company! Ashgrove Kitchens designed and fitted a beautiful kitchen for our home last year. Nothing was too much trouble. The designer had the patience of a saint and the fitters and subcontractors (plumbers and electricians) made the whole process a pleasant and stress-free experience. The work was of the highest quality and we are really enjoying our new kitchen and utility room. Then when I asked Ashgrove Kitchens if they could help the Turning Tides Project, a Public Interest Company in Devon that provides equal access for people with ‘learning disability’ and ‘autism’ labels, they didn’t hesitate in offering their expertise and supplies for free! Turning Tides have taken over the lease of Crediton Railway Station Tea Rooms which needed a complete makeover. Ashgrove have been most generous in providing and fitting a purposeful kitchen for the cafe, in just a couple of weeks from beginning to end. What lovely people! The two words that come to mind first when I think of the whole process from design to final touches of our new kitchen - Quality and Care. They a rare things and worth paying a reasonable price for.
