Very friendly and professional firm. Their quote was the best out of the three I obtained. The office was responsive and sent a formal email and paper quote and called to confirm dates and times. The roofer was experienced, punctual and tidy. Most importantly the roof no longer leaks. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Problem: Damage to elderly (Edwardian) roof had led to upstairs ceiling-leak. Ashmark solution: New flashing fixed to complete length of wall. Inside face of wall re-rendered. Guttering cleaned out of front elevation. The work was carried out carefully and efficiently. On completion, all debris from site was removed. I was kept fully informed throughout, and was impressed by the professionalism and pleasant demeanour of Ashmark's personnel.

Ashmark Roofing carried out a relatively small job at my property which included changing some guttering and fascia board and repairing the small flat roof of my bay window. The work was completed on schedule and at the agreed price. The workman that did the job was polite and knowledgeable and explained everything to me very well. Communication was very good throughout my contact with the company and I received the Workmanship Guarantee via email and a hard copy in the post soon after the work was completed. I am very pleased with the work and I highly recommend Ashmark Roofing.

I used Ashmark roofing 18 months or so ago to fix a leak in our roof and having been impressed with their service went back to them to help with our guttering. Tony came round promptly to have a look, identified the problem and solution and answered my questions. The work has been completed satisfactorily and I would have no hesitation using Ashmark again, should I need to.

Replaced the flat roof which was done by this company in 2001, 18 years ago. It was done to the agreed schedule and budget. Having been pleased with this service in the past I contacted them again this time. Paul, the roofer came to view the roof condition. The work has been compiled satisfactorily, timing, punctuality, workmanship were up to standard expected. The work was carried out professionally. It was a fantastic work. I'm happy with the work done by this roofer / company.

Turned up promptly the next day after phoning to quote for the new roof on my garage, quote was concise and clear as to the work to be done and the materials to be used. On the day of the replacement roof was to be installed the turned up again promptly and carried out the work as scheduled as per the quote, even though there was an unexpected problem, Paul the roofer explained what had to be done and the problem was resolved accordingly. At the end of the work, everything was left tidy and all rubbish was taken away, you wouldn't even had known that the had been. Very professional, a pleasure to deal with them.

Was very impressed with Tony and his team. Needed to have the gully at the top of our flats repaired, together with replacement of missing tiles. Got 3 quotes of which Tony's was the middle, but came with the insurance backed guarantee. Work was done on time and all rubbish cleared. Price charged was same as the quote with no hidden extras. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
