I was very concerned to discover my roof was leaking during some heavy rainstorms especially as more heavy rain was forecast. I was very pleased with the repairs carried out by Ashmark Roofing. They were able to give me an acceptable estimate and fit in the repairs within a very short timeframe. This is the second time I have used this company, the first time being for guttering repairs. On both occasions I have been impressed with their helpfulness, communication and practical advice.

Had six chimney pots to be replaced. Steve popped round to assess for a quote. Quote arrived very clear from Tony who does the administration side of things. Arrived on time to do the job. Confirmed the approach very clearly. Work completed to a high standard. Pleasure to deal with. Recommend 100%.

Ashmark Roofing replaced the existing worn out covering of the two flat roofs with three layer Torch on Felt and replaced the old cast-iron gutters with pvc ones at the same time. Paul, Ashmark's flat roof specialist, carried out the work with Brad, arrived as planned, kept me informed of progress, repaired a small issue, worked through to finish the job over the two days as scheduled and cleaned up beautifully at the end. Paul was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He completed to a very high standard and to the agreed budget. Tony, Ashmark’s manager, gave me a competitive quote. At my request he kindly explained the quote in detail and organised the scaffolding. Tony also provided photos after to show the work done. Communication with both Tony and Paul was excellent. Our new roofs and guttering have been completed to a very high standard and with full guarantee which is very reassuring. Ashmark know the trade inside out and I would definitely contact them again in the future for any roofing needs. Highly recommended!

The box gutter of our Edwardian house needed repairing. Steve from Ashmark roofing is knowledgeable and experienced so was able to effect the repairs to a very high standard despite the challenging nature of the job. He usefully provided before and after photos to show the extent of the damage and the subsequent repair work done. There was good communication throughout the whole process which was appreciated. Ashmark roofing are a competent, professional and reliable company and we would therefore have no hesitation in recommending them.

Trying to find a decent, reliable roofer is almost impossible and so when I contacted Tony at Ashmark I could tell straight away that he was all those things. I described the leak from the chimney stack that was happening in very intense rain and he didn't give me worse case 'very expensive' scenarios over the phone like other roofers had, he was pragmatic and considerate about keeping my costs down. Steve came to quote and then came to do the job when I hired Ashmark. Steve was very professional, on-time and took photos of before and after. He explained in easy to understand detail what he was going to do and why. After the job was finished he even tidied up a few other little things he saw on the roof for me. If I ever need a roofer again then I won't look elsewhere, I definitely recommend them.

The Ashmark Roofing team were very polite and efficient in repairing the damaged tiles on my roof. Reclaimed weathered tiles used to minimise the look of a repair, with new felt laid from the top to repair lining. Very satisfied customer, would consider again for future work.

With a leaking gutter and several slipped roof slates had no hesitation in calling Ashmark Roofing who I have used before to get the repairs done. After an agreed quote Steve arrived on time and carried out the work needed very efficiently. Nice to find a reliable roof repair company.

Dealing with Ashmark Roofing was a pleasure throughout. Initially, I communicated with Tony, the company manager. His communication both on the phone and subsequent emails was excellent. He listened carefully to the work I wanted done on my roof and guttering. He then arranged for Steve to come and estimate for the work. Steve was friendly and polite and gave me a clear idea of what was needed. On a gutter repair he said his aim was always to repair if possible rather than renew. Tony then sent me a very reasonable quote. Steve carried out the work in an excellent manner. He explained how he would do repairs and pointed out that some additional work was needed. This was replacement of a few roof tiles that couldn't be seen on initial survey. He sourced replacements quickly and returned the next day to fit them. Throughout his work Steve was a real pleasure to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing and guttering work done.

Ashmark carried out work on my mansard roof and replaced a downpipe. Tony managed the job in professional, friendly and efficient manner. He also priced the job fairly - it was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive quote. Steve and Rob carried out the job with skill and efficiency. The roofing trade has more than its share of cowboys - those who are dishonest about the work that needs to be carried out and those who lack the skills to do it properly. It's a relief to find a trustworthy company.
