Ashmark Roofing gave an honest evaluation of the works required and they took photos of the problem areas to explain the work that was needed to be done. Tony promptly followed the evaluation up with a competitive quote for the work. All the work was carried out professionally, including the erection and the removal of the scaffolding. Photos were provided daily by Steve to evidence the work in progress. Steve and Jamie arrived daily on time and carried out the work to a high standard, clearing up after themselves daily. I would highly recommend Ashmark Roofing to anyone requiring roofing repairs, as they were honest, hard working and the entire service was carried out with the minimum of disruption.

Very happy with the service. I needed a new roof over the bay at the front of the house, re-pointing and some guttering/drainpipe repair. Tony returned my call promptly and arranged an appointment to assess the work required soon after. Steve and Jamie were here doing the work within a couple of weeks. They were reliable, professional, friendly and helpful and I'm very happy with the result. Good value too. I would definitely use them again.

Obviously time will tell if roofing will hold out but I was very impressed with the way it was all handled from start to finish. This involved two valleys on a pitched roof, a flat bay window roof, and another flat roof. Tony Hewett the proprietor actually got back to me by phone (not always the case with some contractors) and then organised his guys Steve and Jamie to come and look. They were prompt, very polite, willing and thorough. Initially they took photos to show where damage lay. Quote was sent in a couple of days by Tony who followed everything up with the necessary paperwork including independent insurers. To date we have been very satisfied and would definitely use again

Tony and his team came over to do a free assessment of our roof leak and even fixed an obvious crack for free, just in case that fixed it. They also supplied us with quotes for two different options to fix the problems and explained the benefits of each. When the initial fix didn't resolve the issue we got them round to implement one of their suggested solutions. The team were punctual, polite, friendly and effective. The work was done very neatly and has fixed our leak. Thoroughly recommended.

Ashmark is a professional, efficient firm and not as pricey as some. They turned up reliably, stuck to estimates (barring the discovery of horrors, obvs), cleared gutters and garden afterwards, and the work is all guaranteed (insurance-backed). I've used Ashmark 3 times now, twice for emergency repairs and more recently for a preventative overhaul (3-bed terrace with rear 2-storey addition). I'm a satisfied - and dry - customer. Of course, that means I won't be seeing them again for quite a while [touches wood, crosses fingers, squints at black cat etc]. But if I had another roof that needed attention, Tony at Ashmark would be the first person I'd call.
