Tony & Steve quoted for replacement Fascia & Soffit boards plus a new Gutter and Downpipe in black UPVC. There was a substantial amount of work to do high up on the roof level, using scaffolding provided for a structural repair contactor. Tony was happy to use that scaffolding and fit in with our timescale once the brickwork repair had finished. Steve arrived on the day and just cracked on with it dealing happily with a number of issues, in spite of a slightly wonky roof level. All of the work was done to the highest standards and we felt included in all the decisions and asked to approve the work once completed at the end of the day. Tony is what I would call a traditional time served craftsman, no messing about, knows what he does is high quality, very polite and is happy to chat although being so highly rated comes with a problem, this firm is very busy, so expect to wait a little. I will be delighted to work with Ashmark Roofing in the near future. As far as cost is concerned Ashmark Roofing are fair and reasonable and the final invoice matched the quoted estimate exactly. Tony and Steve will go out of their way to help, even posting me some spare gutter bracket clips. Very highly recommended for roofing and gutter/fascia/soffit work.

I had 2 small flat roofs renewed. The work was carried out at an agreed date and agreed price. When I first contacted Tony (the owner of Ashmark) he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and re-assuring. As I continued my dealings I could see that this is a very professional company. He has restored my faith in the roofing profession!!!! On the day of the work, the two lads were very hardworking, polite and respectful... a credit to the company. I have other roofing work in the future and will not hesitate in using Ashmark again.

Tony’s team did a great job fitting new guttering, facias and soffits as well as repairs to the roof. Tony and his team fixed our roof leak which was coming from the loft dormer extension. It was such an easy, stress free experience. We recently had a flat roof replacement completed by Ashmark Roofing. All done to schedule and the agreed amount. Paul who carried out the work was very professional, and a friendly guy. Easy to talk to and ask questions and was very helpful. We’ve been wanting to get the roof repaired for some time and upon recommendation, I decided to go ahead and I am very glad we did. The new roof has been completed to a very high standard and with full guarantee which is very reassuring. I would definitely contact them again in the future for any roofing needs.

Ashmark were excellent to deal with. I coordinated the quote with Tony. Steve came right on time to look at the job and gave some advice about the insurance aspect. Though it turned out to be a small section of roof that needed repair I told him I was getting in other contractors to look at masonry and pointing. Steve gave me some sound advice on the best practice for repairing our parapet wall and render, even though he didn't need to. Steve returned to repair the roof today and did a few extra things he spotted, including replacing some cracked concrete render on the chimney breast that had not been visible at the time of quoting and would have resulted in a leak if not addressed. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

I initially contacted the owner of company having seen recommendations after my own due diligence. The owner was easy to get on with and asked how I heard of their company. We discussed when and who he would send to quote for the replacement of ridge tiles due to previous bad work of another company. Steve turned up as agreed and explained what was needed. Dealing with Ashmark Roofing was a pleasure throughout. Initially, I communicated with Tony, the company manager. His communication both on the phone and subsequent emails was excellent. He listened carefully to the work I wanted done on my roof and guttering. He then arranged for Steve to come and estimate for the work. Steve was friendly and polite and gave me a clear idea of what was needed. On a gutter repair he said his aim was always to repair if possible rather than renew. Tony then sent me a very reasonable quote. Steve carried out the work in an excellent manner. He explained how he would do repairs and pointed out that some additional work was needed. This was replacement of a few roof tiles that couldn't be seen on initial survey. He sourced replacements quickly and returned the next day to fit them. Throughout his work Steve was a real pleasure to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing and guttering work done.

I booked Ashmark for a range of small and necessary tasks on our roof. They are an established firm with many years' experience and it shows. The quote was clear, reasonable and thorough. I had a leak in my kitchen roof which was staining the ceiling. The team came around and assessed the issue and identified a few issues with the roof tiles. They provide a clear quote for the work. We have used this roofing company a few times now over the years for different parts of the roof and would not use any other. During the last storms in December we had water dripping down into our shower room. Steve who has been working for this company for a few years came to investigate as to where rain might be getting in. Tony was very professional from start to finish. His men carried out the work on time and to a very high standard. Scaffolding erected to provide safety where other companies tried to work off 7m ladders and failed. I felt very confident with Tony’s approach to the job where I would have felt nervous using less reputable companies.
