Last month we noticed (what we thought) was a damp patch in our kitchen. We thought that the flat roof over the kitchen was finally showing signs of wear and tear. We contacted Ashmark who came at the appointed time and assessed. No leak or water penetration due to the roof (condensation was the problem). Ashmark suggested an insulation layer on the flat roof . We decided to go for this option as the flat roof was at least 17 years old (the time we have been in the house). Now we have an enhanced flat roof with a 10 yr guarantee and the bonus of the kitchen feeling warmer due to the extra layer of insulation. We have used Ashmark in the past and I would only want to use Ashmark for roofing jobs on our house.

We had a leak in our old flat roof just a few days before Storm Ciara. Tony responded to a text in the evening and arranged a roofer to attend at 9am the next morning to quote. The roofer was able to secure the roof temporarily until the substantive work could start a week later. Tony quoted quickly for the work and the price was reasonable. The guys who did the work were prompt, kept mess to a minimum and took photos of the work along the way so we could see what was being done. Would happily recommend Ashmark.

I used Ashmark Roofing, recommended by a friend, after I had been told by other companies that I needed a new roof. Tony assured me that most roofs could be repaired in his experience. He sent Steve to assess the job to be undertaken. Steve looked at the roof and made an assessment of the repair required. Although I wasn't given much notice of when the work would be undertaken, given the particular circumstances, I rearranged my schedule to accomodate the date given. Steve is an excellent roofer. he is one of the few roofers, I have known who really enjoys repairing roofs rather than replacing them, and takes a pride in what he does. He has sorted the problem and has assured me that should it recur he will come and sort it. Such skilled workman, in my experience are difficult to find these days. I also have the company's guarantee and would definitely recommend them

Tony and the team at Ashmark helped resolve an issue with our flat roof and replaced some coping stones. The team turned up on time and finished the job that same day taking all of the rubbish and debris with them. Although they were a little more expensive than other quotes we received, we’re very happy with the work and would use them again.

We selected Ashmark based on Which? TT and reviews about them. What I like about Ashmark, and the other contractors we have used via TT, is that they turn up on time to do estimates & work, tidy up afterwards and keep you informed if there are any problems. We had been waiting for 6 months for our (now former) roofer; within 10 days of making contact the job was complete. We would use Ashmark again. Our decision not based soley on price. Dealing with competent professionals was important too.

Ashmark replaced all the main house guttering which had been incorrectly installed since the house was built 30 years ago. Their workman Steve did a great job, ensuring a proper fall on the new gutter and at the same time painting the soffits and covering the existing sound fascia boards with very smart Upvc covers throughout. The end result looks good, and at last properly diverts rain away from the house into the downpipes. Tony oversaw the project with prompt replies to my emails and good attention to detail. I'm pleased to recommend Ashmark to others.

I needed a new downpipe installed as well as guttering renewed. The team from Ashmark did this efficiently and to a high standard. The Ashmark Roofing team were very polite and efficient in repairing the damaged tiles on my roof. Reclaimed weathered tiles used to minimise the look of a repair, with new felt laid from the top to repair lining. Very satisfied customer, would consider again for future work.
