The Ashmark Roofing team were very polite and efficient in repairing the damaged tiles on my roof. Reclaimed weathered tiles used to minimise the look of a repair, with new felt laid from the top to repair lining. Very satisfied customer, would consider again for future work.

With a leaking gutter and several slipped roof slates had no hesitation in calling Ashmark Roofing who I have used before to get the repairs done. After an agreed quote Steve arrived on time and carried out the work needed very efficiently. Nice to find a reliable roof repair company.

Our dealings with Ashmark Roofing was seamless from start to finish. From initial contact to completion of the work and the subsequent follow up paper-work, we found them totally professional and they knew the trade inside out. Dealing with Ashmark Roofing was a pleasure throughout. Initially, I communicated with Tony, the company manager. His communication both on the phone and subsequent emails was excellent. He listened carefully to the work I wanted done on my roof and guttering. He then arranged for Steve to come and estimate for the work. Steve was friendly and polite and gave me a clear idea of what was needed. On a gutter repair he said his aim was always to repair if possible rather than renew. Tony then sent me a very reasonable quote. Steve carried out the work in an excellent manner. He explained how he would do repairs and pointed out that some additional work was needed. This was replacement of a few roof tiles that couldn't be seen on initial survey. He sourced replacements quickly and returned the next day to fit them. Throughout his work Steve was a real pleasure to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing and guttering work done.

Ashmark carried out work on my mansard roof and replaced a downpipe. Tony managed the job in professional, friendly and efficient manner. He also priced the job fairly - it was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive quote. Steve and Rob carried out the job with skill and efficiency. The roofing trade has more than its share of cowboys - those who are dishonest about the work that needs to be carried out and those who lack the skills to do it properly. It's a relief to find a trustworthy company.

Ashmark replaced the front slate roof on my Victorian house, with workmanship to a high standard and I'm very pleased with the end result. They weren't able to replace my roof immediately, as I was in a bit of a queue for their services. However, they patched up my original roof to make sure it was watertight, to see me through the waiting period, and a lot of rain. I was also shown the courtesy of a couple of update calls, to say I'd not been forgotten and to tell me the progress of my position in the queue, which I was most grateful for. The workmen arrived as planned and were all incredibly polite and courteous, once again keeping me informed of their progress. They pointed out a couple of little issues with my brickwork and repaired them at no extra cost to the quote I'd received. They completed the work to schedule and tidied up very well. I received the guarantee and insurance documents within a couple of days of the roof's completion. The price of the work was reasonable and for once, I wasn't left with that nagging feeling of doubt that I'd overpaid for a service, which I've been left with previously. I highly recommend Ashmark and my experience of them left me feeling that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction.

Ashmark replaced all the main house guttering which had been incorrectly installed since the house was built 30 years ago. Their workman Steve did a great job, ensuring a proper fall on the new gutter and at the same time painting the soffits and covering the existing sound fascia boards with very smart Upvc covers throughout. The end result looks good, and at last properly diverts rain away from the house into the downpipes. Tony oversaw the project with prompt replies to my emails and good attention to detail. I'm pleased to recommend Ashmark to others.

I have employed Ashmark Roofing to remove an unsafe redundant chimney stack and to make watertight a bay window flat roof. On both occasions the work was carried out in a very professional manner and I would have no hesitation in employing Ashmark again should the need arise. Ashmark Roofing would be my first port of call.

I had a problematic leak in my roof that had been ”fixed” several times by other companies. Ashmark attempted another fix but it was unsuccessful. They came back at no extra cost and finally found and fixed the problem. They were friendly and helpful throughout. So nice to deal with a trustworthy trader. I initially contacted the owner of company having seen recommendations after my own due diligence. The owner was easy to get on with and asked how I heard of their company. We discussed when and who he would send to quote for the replacement of ridge tiles due to previous bad work of another company. Steve turned up as agreed and explained what was needed. It was Steve and his team who completed the work to a high standard. Very pleased, clean tidy, friendly and was able to complete given this is really summer type work but needed doing. very pleased with service and work. No hesitation in recommending this company.

This is not the first time I’ve sought the help of Ashmark Roofing and I cannot recommend them more highly. During the downpours of Oct/Nov the flat roof at the back of my house started leaking and also the chimney needed some repairs. Within a week from receiving a quote (which offered a couple of options) the work had been done. (I had a quote from another reputable company which was a lot higher than I was expecting). Paul and Brad were extremely accommodating, found a way to do the job without the use of costly scaffolding and even helped me out with a couple of additional small jobs which they didn’t charge me for. With Paul’s good humour and with Tony in charge this is a great, honest, well run company. As a single female I am always wary of being ripped off or patronised but I can confidently say that this is not the case with Ashmark Roofing.

Weatherproofing and re-guttering a garage roof. The work was done as a follow up to a previous bay0roof renovation which was very successful. The work on both occasions was done very well by workmen who are very prompt, knowledgeable and conscientious. I recommend this company highly.

Ashmark really are a great roofing firm. They turn up when they say they will, explain the job clearly and carry it out with great quality and attention to detail. I've had them work on my roof three times now (never the same bit twice though) and have been very happy each time. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service offered. Saw the positive reviews and by chance a friend had just used them. Was provided a quote and we decided to go ahead with Ashmark to complete the roof work we needed. Very pleased with the service. Like the fact they took pictures before and after the work. Steve and his assistant cut a new valley in our roof, repaired broken tiles and put lead flashing between the join with next door’s roof. We had a bad leak in the roof which was completely fixed by the end of the work. The work is of fantastic quality and guaranteed and insured. We were talked through the work throughout the job and were shown photos of every stage. They worked hard to complete the work on the last day as heavy rain was forecast for that night. Steve also fixed a loose drainpipe for no extra charge. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable and I would heartily recommend them to anyone for roofing matters. Tony in the office is also a diamond, helpful throughout. Brilliant service!

Contacted Ashmark roofing to get a quote for repair to roof. From start to finish, the contact with them was brilliant, they always responded to any messages I left. The quote they gave was affordable and reasonable. On the day turned up promptly, carried out work professionally and trustworthy. It is difficult to find sufficient words of praise for Ashmark who completely re-roofed our very large old building earlier this month. They were the best. Tony who handled the administration side was meticulous in quoting for the work, addressing our queries, updating us on progress, dealing with the Council, and handling the unexpected. It was a joy for all the separate owners / occupiers of our home to encounter Ashmark’s level of efficiency. The team who carried out the work were a pleasure to have around, courteous and sensitive to resident needs. They also began on the agreed date and completed within the estimated timescale. Ashmark fully deserves the quality of reviews it receives. Without question we would use them again and recommend them unreservedly.

Ashmark Roofing was recommended by two neighbours and the firm lived up to expectations. Paul came to replace my leaky rear flat roof. He arrived at 8.00 am as arranged and the roof was completed by 2.00 pm. The finished roof looked immaculate. All old material was removed from site and his young assistant swept all the dust and debris away with a very large broom. It was taken away for safe disposal. No more leaks this winter.

Inspected the roof to discover the cause of the leak. Quoted a price and explained what work would be completed. They arrived on time and sorted everything very quickly, they even made a repair to a drainpipe they found to be leaking that wasn't included in the original quoted work and they didn't charge extra for it. I'd highly recommend.
