Had the parapet walls re-pointed, chimneys re-pointed, flashing re-wedged and re-pointed. Steve & Jamie were punctual, polite and very neat & tidy. Work was done to a very high standard. They are not the cheapest, but they are reliable and do a good job. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ashmark Roofing did a stellar job on our roof. They went above and beyond and did some extra small bits to prevent a leak. They are very knowledgeable and work safely, communicated well throughout and provided before and after photos. This is my 3rd time using Tony and would highly recommend.

Second time I have used this company (for flat roof first time). Roofers worked really hard in difficult conditions (between storms) to complete the work. They were punctual, very polite, approachable, reassuring, thorough and always took time to explain and keep us informed at each stage of the work. Took before and after photos of all the work. -Removed existing loose and defective render and defective flashings from complete length of side parapet wall. -Replaced broken tiles. -Supplied and fixed a new code four lead cover flashing to the complete length of each wall with galvanised render bead. -Rendered the inside face of the wall with mortar mix to a smooth finish. -Dressed the new lead flashing over the contours of the adjacent tiles. -Remove debris from site on completion.

I had a problematic leak in my roof that had been ”fixed” several times by other companies. Ashmark attempted another fix but it was unsuccessful. They came back at no extra cost and finally found and fixed the problem. They were friendly and helpful throughout. So nice to deal with a trustworthy trader. I have another problem and will be using them again.

Tony was quick to respond to our request for an estimate to fix the leak in our roof. He kept us informed either by email or phone even over the Christmas/New Year holiday period. Because of the damage caused by the leak we also had to employ a builder to make good the damaged brickwork above the window. Tony was very helpful in enabling the work to be coordinated. Very happy with the work carried out, they even dId an extra repair at the back of our roof which wasn't on the original estimate. The roof repair comes with a 10 year guarantee. Their arrival was punctual, and the work required was completed to a very high standard. The job was done reasonably quietly, and didn't disrupt or inconvenience me in any way at all. The roof was left tidy, and the workers were delightfully polite. An excellent job the whole way through, and a definite recommendation!

Asked Ashmark to look at what I thought was a cracked tile, but it turned out that the tile had just slipped. Fixed in next to no time and charged me an absolutely tiny amount. Honesty and integrity are obviously very important to these guys, and the world would be a much better place if all companies were so interested in building a reputation on these values. This was exactly the type of job that could be easily exploited by other less principled traders, but Ashmark really earned my recommendation.

Ashmark have done jobs on two different areas of my roof this year and on both occasions they were very good workmen to deal with. No problems whatsoever and very trustworthy. I had received other quotes that were not as competitive as Ashmark's and frankly I also did not feel that I could fully trust the workmen who came to view the job. Ashmark showed a genuine care for resolving the customer's problem as opposed to looking for the quick buck.

Mr Hewett contact me quickly in response to my request for a diagnosis of my leaking roof. Roofers arrived following day and showed me photos of deteriorating area - gave me confidence in the firm. When they came to fix it they were efficient and considerate (shoes removed inside premises etc.) and they cleaned the guttering close to where they were working.
