Ashmark have recently completed two flat roof repairs for us. Their estimates were produced efficiently and their approach to work schedule was honest and reliable. Communication was excellent throughout whether by phone or email. The work itself was carried out very efficiently with a super cleanup at the end. Considerate throughout to prevent dust etc being trailed through the house and preventing pets escaping while materials were brought through the house. Polite and friendly throughout and grateful for the occasional cuppa. No hesitation in recommending Ashmark.

This was the 2nd time Ashmark have done work me. Very satisfied with their 1st job but this flat roof replacement was bigger and more involved because of the 4 Velux windows adjacent to the roof. Again I am very satisfied with their work, for which they provided a guarantee. Ashmark have again proved reliable, courteous, thorough in all aspects, and giving great quality in their work. Thumbs up for Ashmark and I have no reservations in recommending them for any roofing work.

Ashmark did two separate jobs for us in a matter of weeks, putting new lead flashing on our pitched roof and renewing the covering on a flat roof with a few minor problems sorted along the way. In both cases the work was exemplary and everybody involved was efficient, polite and generally a pleasure to do business with throughout the process. Would recommend to anybody.

A small job. fixing the leaking front bay roof - but Ashmark were throughout communicative, clear and did exactly what was required. They were also very clear and careful not to 'extend' the job over and above what was required to fix the problem (others take note). The price was good and the work was done well. Requested a quotation via Trustatrader for the renewal of some guttering and downpipe at the rear of my house. Clear and regular communication from Tony of Ashmark Roofing throughout the whole process. On the day, Darren and a colleague arrived promptly and just cracked on. A nice neat job done, completed swiftly and without issue. Old materials removed from site and working area left tidy. Ashmark Roofing did a brilliant job in re-alignment of my gutter and reinforced a roof board, which has been problematic for a time. I have paid some one else a few years to put up new gutters, after a year the water was running down the window. I thought that I had to replace the gutters but was told by Tony that wasn’t required. Tony the roofer turned up when they said he would, he was pleasant, knowledgeable and explained the work that he was undertaking. He found an issue with one of my windows, he took photos so that I could see the issue and provided a quote. Tony cleaned up and also removed some old birds nest, sealed the holes. All works was done to the agreement amount and timings. I haven’t found any issue so far, it’s been raining a lot lately and the gutters are doing what they're supposed to do.

Well I have waited over 2 months before leaving this review. But we finally had plenty of rain in May and which gave a thorough testing of Ashmark's roof repair and I am so relieved to be able to say there was no sign of the leak! So I am happy to give Ashmark a great review: their administration, quotations and invoices were prompt and accurate, their workmanship was professional, they left no mess, and worked with safety in mind and were friendly and informative. I needed an old brick shed retiling and a window fitted, with some gutter repairs on the house. The work was all completed, as promised, within one day. Some unforeseen issues were dealt with and re-costed very reasonably. The 3 workers were all helpful, did the work to a very high standard and cleaned up thoroughly when they had finished. I had to call Ashmark Roofing to attend to my conservatory roof which needed some repairs. I have used this company in the past and have found them to be reliable and attentive. The proprietor is helpful but sometimes difficult to get hold of. He sent round somebody to whom I explained the problem and I expressed what I wanted done. This man was very punctual which I appreciated. I received an estimate a few days later and after a few phone calls and e-mails agreed a date for them to start. Two men came over and again they were very punctual. They finished the work in a couple of hours and cleared and removed all the debris from the site. The workers are respectful, friendly and polite. I was sent an invoice by post which I had to pay promptly according to their terms and conditions.

Ashmark Roofers came to solve a roof problem that we had and initially cleared debris that had blocked a gully and then came along on a separate day to sweep and properly clear the whole roof, which is quite big. This a block of 21 flats, with seven flats on each floor. They were very efficient and friendly.

Tony Hewett and his team have again worked their magic on our property, this time at the front. Replacing broken soffit and ageing fascia boards that were more than 120 years old with robust UPVC boards and deep capacity guttering all in black. So much smarter and now almost maintenance free. Ashmark Roofing are a small firm but have the right attitude, they listen to the customer, give advice based on experience, then do what is needed on schedule and do it quickly and properly without fuss. Tony is very helpful, willing to go the extra mile happy to talk and they offer a worthwhile 10 year guarantee on all their work. Their pricing is fair, no surprise additions on the bill and they are 100% honest before, during and after the job. I cannot recommend Ashmark Roofing highly enough, they should be a first point of call for all roofing and allied work in North London postcode areas.

I had 2 small flat roofs renewed. The work was carried out at an agreed date and agreed price. When I first contacted Tony (the owner of Ashmark) he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and re-assuring. As I continued my dealings I could see that this is a very professional company.
