Second time I have used this company (for flat roof first time). Roofers worked really hard in difficult conditions (between storms) to complete the work. They were punctual, very polite, approachable, reassuring, thorough and always took time to explain and keep us informed at each stage of the work. Took before and after photos of all the work. -Removed existing loose and defective render and defective flashings from complete length of side parapet wall. -Replaced broken tiles. -Supplied and fixed a new code four lead cover flashing to the complete length of each wall with galvanised render bead. -Rendered the inside face of the wall with mortar mix to a smooth finish. -Dressed the new lead flashing over the contours of the adjacent tiles. -Remove debris from site on completion.

I'd had a problem with water egress following a loft extension and removal of a chimney breast. At least three other roofing companies had failed to fix or even diagnose the correct cause and had consequently failed to fix the problem. Ashmark Roofing figured it out quickly and fixed the problem. They were friendly, hard-working and completed the work on time. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

This is the second time that I've used Ashmark Roofing and I've been very pleased with the work they've carried out on both occasions. The job was to replace the flat roof material above my living room bay window, which was badly worn. Paul and his colleague did a great job. They even replaced a section of leaky guttering as well. When the job was finished they emailed me some photos and a short video which was really helpful. I would definitely be happy to use Ashmark Roofing again.

Very pleased with this company, who have recently completed a difficult, large repair on the gulley of our main roof. It was easy to arrange with Tony, who was honest about the time schedule and costs, and Paul & Bradley kept us up to date with the progress. Ashmark Roofing carried out a fairly small repair on the roof of the property. During periods of heavy and persistent rain, water was getting through the roof into the bathroom, resulting in two damp patches on the ceiling and the top of the wall. I contacted Ashmark Roofing via their website. Tony who dealt with the communication and administration informed me that he would get someone from the team (another Tony) to inspect the problem. He arrived punctually, was cheerful and knowledgeable, and made his recommendations. I then received a written estimate by email, with one arriving in the post a few days later. After a few more questions from my side, emailed to Ashmark Roofing and answered promptly by Tony, I engaged them to carry out the work. The lead-in time for the job was 2-3 weeks and it was carried out within this timeframe by the other Tony along with another member of the Ashmark Roofing team. They also did an extra job of filling in a couple of holes in the brickwork of the outside rear wall, at no extra charge. They cleared up any debris and removed it from the property. I am pleased to recommend Ashmark Roofing and would certainly use them again in the future if needed.

The roof of our new house had been neglected for decades and required a range of small jobs done to prevent future damage and resolve small issues. Ashmark were very busy, but communicated honestly about their availability and made efforts to get to us as soon as they could. Steve came to quote and was thorough in his examination, answering all our questions and explaining clearly what bits of work were optional and what was required. We received a detailed quote soon after, with accurate estimates of when they could start. Tony managed the whole process, including scaffolders, and kept us informed throughout. The work was done quickly, professionally, and under budget. All in all, a really excellent, high quality and professional service from the whole team. Can't recommend highly enough.

Ashmark replaced part of our roof above our flats. It was done to the agreed schedule and budget. Very helpful folk to deal with.

The Ashmark team did a super job to replace an existing wooden fascia and bargeboard with new durable PVC. Other works included repointing work on our chimney, ridge tiles and the repair and maintenance of flat roofs and guttering. A knowledgeable, honest and friendly team who completed the works efficiently, on budget and left our home clean and tidy.

I engaged Ashmark Roofing to renew the felt on my flat roof. Tony dealt with the administration and kept me updated regarding work commencement, given the inclement weather we were experiencing. The scaffolding was erected when promised and Paul and Bradley attended to complete the work. My roof is set on many levels making it a somewhat complicated job, which they completed brilliantly by working very hard. They always arrived on time, were very pleasant and kept me informed about what they were doing. All debris was removed from the site and they were pedantic about clearing up. I would be happy to recommend and use this company again.

Ashmark have recently completed two flat roof repairs for us. Their estimates were produced efficiently and their approach to work schedule was honest and reliable. Communication was excellent throughout whether by phone or email. The work itself was carried out very efficiently with a super cleanup at the end. Considerate throughout to prevent dust etc being trailed through the house and preventing pets escaping while materials were brought through the house. Polite and friendly throughout and grateful for the occasional cuppa. No hesitation in recommending Ashmark.

The work was completed as required and I was kept updated by photographs of the work as it progressed.

This was the 2nd time Ashmark have done work me. Very satisfied with their 1st job but this flat roof replacement was bigger and more involved because of the 4 Velux windows adjacent to the roof. Again I am very satisfied with their work, for which they provided a guarantee. Ashmark have again proved reliable, courteous, thorough in all aspects, and giving great quality in their work. Thumbs up for Ashmark and I have no reservations in recommending them for any roofing work.

Ashmark did two separate jobs for us in a matter of weeks, putting new lead flashing on our pitched roof and renewing the covering on a flat roof with a few minor problems sorted along the way. In both cases the work was exemplary and everybody involved was efficient, polite and generally a pleasure to do business with throughout the process. Would recommend to anybody.

A small job. fixing the leaking front bay roof - but Ashmark were throughout communicative, clear and did exactly what was required. They were also very clear and careful not to 'extend' the job over and above what was required to fix the problem (others take note). The price was good and the work was done well. Steve and Tony were excellent and I would recommend Ashmark very happily.

Tony’s team did a great job fitting new guttering, facias and soffits as well as repairs to the roof. Requested a quotation via Trustatrader for the renewal of some guttering and downpipe at the rear of my house. Clear and regular communication from Tony of Ashmark Roofing throughout the whole process. On the day, Darren and a colleague arrived promptly and just cracked on. A nice neat job done, completed swiftly and without issue. Old materials removed from site and working area left tidy. Ashmark Roofing did a brilliant job in re-alignment of my gutter and reinforced a roof board, which has been problematic for a time. I have paid some one else a few years to put up new gutters, after a year the water was running down the window. I thought that I had to replace the gutters but was told by Tony that wasn’t required. Tony the roofer turned up when they said he would, he was pleasant, knowledgeable and explained the work that he was undertaking. He found an issue with one of my windows, he took photos so that I could see the issue and provided a quote. Tony cleaned up and also removed some old birds nest, sealed the holes. All works was done to the agreement amount and timings. I haven’t found any issue so far, it’s been raining a lot lately and the gutters are doing what they're supposed to do.

I was very pleased with the service Ashmark roofing provided. The workmanship very professional. I would recommend this company everytime I would recommend this company to friends and family and know they would be pleased as well with there work.

Well I have waited over 2 months before leaving this review. But we finally had plenty of rain in May and which gave a thorough testing of Ashmark's roof repair and I am so relieved to be able to say there was no sign of the leak! So I am happy to give Ashmark a great review: their administration, quotations and invoices were prompt and accurate, their workmanship was professional, they left no mess, and worked with safety in mind and were friendly and informative. Our garage roof was replaced as per our wishes. The company did a superb job and were always on time. They were polite, courteous and professional. We were impressed by the company’s detailed, itemised estimate for the work. The standard of work was excellent and the site was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company.
