Tony & Steve quoted for replacement Fascia & Soffit boards plus a new Gutter and Downpipe in black UPVC. There was a substantial amount of work to do high up on the roof level, using scaffolding provided for a structural repair contactor. Tony was happy to use that scaffolding and fit in with our timescale once the brickwork repair had finished. Steve arrived on the day and just cracked on with it dealing happily with a number of issues, in spite of a slightly wonky roof level. All of the work was done to the highest standards and we felt included in all the decisions and asked to approve the work once completed at the end of the day. Tony is what I would call a traditional time served craftsman, no messing about, knows what he does is high quality, very polite and is happy to chat although being so highly rated comes with a problem, this firm is very busy, so expect to wait a little. I will be delighted to work with Ashmark Roofing in the near future. As far as cost is concerned Ashmark Roofing are fair and reasonable and the final invoice matched the quoted estimate exactly. Tony and Steve will go out of their way to help, even posting me some spare gutter bracket clips. Very highly recommended for roofing and gutter/fascia/soffit work.

Tony and his team were superb; straightforward and clear about costs and timing, friendly and personable, thorough and tidy - not a trace of dust or dirt anywhere. My flat roof leak is now fixed and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ashmark replaced the lead flashing on a sidewall. They were quick to respond to my initial enquiry and said they’d get someone round to inspect as soon as possible, this took place a couple of weeks later, it wasn’t an emergency so was ok. The man got his ladders out and had a good look, so I was confident the quote would be accurate. The quote was well presented, not just how much but set out the guarantee, which was more reassuring than other quotes that were slightly cheaper. They came two weeks later and fixed in a day, pleasant man, explained what was wrong, showed the defective flashing, and left without any mess. I went with Ashmark because they presented a more professional approach that gave me confidence the work would be done well and backed up by insurance guarantee.

Ashmark Roofing did a stellar job on our roof. They went above and beyond and did some extra small bits to prevent a leak. They are very knowledgeable and work safely, communicated well throughout and provided before and after photos. This is my 3rd time using Tony and would highly recommend.

I had new gutters and down pipes to replace the old ones. The work was done to a very high standard, they even did some cement work to fill in some not seen holes under the old wooden fascia boards. They came on time, finished on time, clean and tidy job. Price was right for the job. Thanks 10 out of 10.

Work carried out- renew flat roof over a front doorway, replace broken and slipped tiles to roof area adjacent to the flat roof. Replace guttering to bay window over garage door and downpipes connected to all of the above. Good quality workmanship. Cleaned up afterwards, old materials removed. Pleasant people to deal with in the office/over the phone and by email. Contractors on site very pleasant and polite. They attended when organised and carried out the work well in early November following October 2020, one of the wettest Octobers on record. In all very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the work. All looks good. I expect it was reasonable value for money.

Tony and his colleague Steve completed a thorough roof maintenance job, showing diligence and courtesy. In 35 years of house ownership, they are the best roofing company we have employed and will definitely be called on again if we have any further repairs or maintenance to do.

A comprehensive survey of roof and identification of problems. Detailed explanation and estimate, Repointed ridge tiles, replaced broken tiles, secured and re-sealed bedding of front gable valleys. Despite difficulties due to weather inspection and repairs were carried out promptly, efficiently as per estimate.

Thank you Tony, Paul and co for a very timely repair job. I am happy to recommend Ashmark Roofing. They re-covered a gutter which was leaking into the house. They have been sympathetic, knowledgeable and organised at a difficult time.

This is the second time we've used Ashmark albeit the first time was a repair. We have 3 levels of flat roof so quite large and the main one has a roof window. Paul and Bradley have done a brilliant job and are an asset to the company, they arrived on time worked very hard were polite and left everything tidy when they left, we are very happy with the end result. We fully recommend Ashmark and would use again.

Steve and Mitchell completed the thankless tasks of brushing the moss from our roof, replacing tiles and clearing and repairing the guttering. Despite poor weather on both days, they stayed upbeat and worked hard. Everything works a treat now, and the roof looks superb. Tony was on top of everything throughout - friendly, organised and responsive. Very happy to recommend.

The workers phoned ahead to inform me of a delay in arrival time due to queues at the suppliers. They came and completed the work with no fuss or need to bother me. The work was competed and they tidied up and gave the guttering a wipe down. It rained today and the guttering works perfectly.

I can highly recommend this firm. Excellent service from start to finish. Good communication, paperwork all in order and workmen clean, polite and thoughtful. I heard no shouting and only an occasional radio form the roof while they were working and they always took shoes off, returned coffee cups and even put the loo seat back down! I even had several neighbours come up to me during the work - a new roof which was completed within the week as promised - saying how impressed they were.

Resolved a damp issue we had on our parapet wall. Were responsive throughout and work delivered to a high quality. Would recommend.

Tony organised steve and his colleague to carried out a couple of jobs need doing on the roof , chimney snack repointing and replace flashing , aluminum soaker. Replace the damaged soffit and fitted new lead collar round the soil pipe. Steve even shown me the pictures before and after from his mobile phone to show the damages round the tiles and the soil pipe where the rain water leek in. I very happy with the high standard of service and communication carried out by Ashmark Roofing from the dot to the end of completion of work. I highly recommend them, and they won't let you down.

A tile had fallen from my roof, damaging guttering as it fell and the apex ridge tiles needed patching. On further inspection in the loft I realised the roof was leaking. Tony and Bob came and did an excellent job repairing my roof. A second job was needed to replace the very old skylight window in the loft and this was replaced by Tony and Bob expertly working from inside the loft. All communications from Tony Hewett were quick, clear,friendly and all work done to the agreed quote. I'm very pleased with both the jobs.

Paul and his colleague worked tirelessly and without complaint to replace a shed roof which had been in a state of neglect for years. This is the third time I have used Ashmark Roofing for good reason. Their quotes are reasonable, their workers hardworking and pleasant and the standard of the work is very high.

When I saw water running down the walls from a hail storm I knew exactly who to call. Ashmark Roofing have done great work for me in the past and they did so again here. They were quick to come out and assess the problem, gave a reasonable quote and also very quick to then come round and do the work. The repairs were all completed in a long morning, just before a torrential downpour in the afternoon. Perfect timing. I was glad to see the same person (Steve) come round as he did such a great job previously. I'm very happy with the work done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashmark Roofing as a result.

We would recommend this company. We had a problem of water coming into the small roof on the back of the house. The work was organised and the problem investigated and solved quickly and efficiently. (It rained after the company had left so we were able to check it was ok!). Management and staff were very efficient and helpful and explained everything. (This was done during the coronavirus problem. One member of the household had to be very careful and this was understood and appropriate action, e.g. distancing, taken.)

Tony organised a flat roof specialist Paul to replace our garage roof and then replace the guttering around our conservatory. Ashmark had replaced our roof several years earlier and we had been so impressed with the quality of the work and the friendliness and helpfulness that we used them again. They did not disappoint. Honest, friendly, helpful, reliable and very professional work. I would recommend them unreservedly to anyone.

Very happy with the service provided by Ashmark Roofing. Good communication from the initial quote to final completion of work. The team were always punctual polite and helpful. The work was completed to a high standard at a competitive rate. Liaison with other tradesmen including our decorators and the scaffolders was seamless. Very happy.

Am about 2 years late in doing this review. Anyway better late than never. Ashmark refixed some guttering to the back of my house which had come loose and rain water was going all over the place when it rained. Steve the chap who did the work was very professional and did a thorough job. The fixed guttering in still in place and works fine.
