Steve and Jamie replaced a valley with lead on our pitched roof. They also replaced the felt roof on the front bay window. They were very thorough and polite: we asked them to look at one valley and they took photos. We could see that it was deteriorating. This was also replaced by them at a later date, after a written quote. They were very helpful. Tony, the owner, always returned calls and sent all due paperwork on time.

I had a leaking dormer window with ply fronting that needed replacing. Their quote was reasonable and once confirmed they did their work efficiently with clear, polite communication. Darren the roofer did a great job and came back a couple of weeks later to replace a tile the scaffolders had broken when removing the scaffolding. Communication and advice from Tony at Ashmark was superb. I would recommend using Ashmark Roofing.

Ashmark did a great job in cleaning all the moss from my roof, as well as spraying with moss killer. They also cleared all the guttering and replaced some broken parts. The whole roof looks really good now. The two people that came to do the job were friendly, efficient and cleared up all the mess afterwards. Would recommend for people wanting similar work done.

This work was about replacing the roofs on five roof tank housings on a flat roof, plus other remedial work as well on a large flat roof on top of a block of flats. Ashmark Roofing carried out a relatively small job at my property which included changing some guttering and fascia board and repairing the small flat roof of my bay window. The work was completed on schedule and at the agreed price. The workman that did the job was polite and knowledgeable and explained everything to me very well. Communication was very good throughout my contact with the company and I received the Workmanship Guarantee via email and a hard copy in the post soon after the work was completed. This is the 3rd time I've hired Ashmark Roofing for their services and I'm satisfied with the end result of the job they do everytime time I hire them. The 3rd job was a brand new flat roof which took half a day to complete and they also cleaned up after themselves and took away any rubbish from the job as well. They're very honest regarding what needs to be changed on the roof as well as what doesn't in order to save you time and money. I highly recommend Ashmark Roofing and I will definetly contact them again for other roofing needs.

When I saw water running down the walls from a hail storm I knew exactly who to call. Ashmark Roofing have done great work for me in the past and they did so again here. They were quick to come out and assess the problem, gave a reasonable quote and also very quick to then come round and do the work. The repairs were all completed in a long morning, just before a torrential downpour in the afternoon. Perfect timing. I was glad to see the same person (Steve) come round as he did such a great job previously. I'm very happy with the work done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashmark Roofing as a result.

A tile had fallen from my roof, damaging guttering as it fell and the apex ridge tiles needed patching. On further inspection in the loft I realised the roof was leaking. Tony and Bob came and did an excellent job repairing my roof. A second job was needed to replace the very old skylight window in the loft and this was replaced by Tony and Bob expertly working from inside the loft. All communications from Tony Hewett were quick, clear,friendly and all work done to the agreed quote. I'm very pleased with both the jobs.

I had new gutters and down pipes to replace the old ones. The work was done to a very high standard, they even did some cement work to fill in some not seen holes under the old wooden fascia boards. Steve from Ashmark Roofing assessed our roofing issue at our request while undertaking work for our neighbour. He understood our requirements and delivered a complete solution at a reasonable price and timescale. His support office kept us informed throughout the period of the work including a delay due to appalling weather on the first set day. The work was completed efficiently a few days later by Steve who is a sociable and friendly individual and who works carefully and confidently. Inspected the roof to discover the cause of the leak. Quoted a price and explained what work would be completed. They arrived on time and sorted everything very quickly, they even made a repair to a drainpipe they found to be leaking that wasn't included in the original quoted work and they didn't charge extra for it. I'd highly recommend.

From initial contact to completion of the work and the subsequent follow up paper-work, we found them totally professional and they knew the trade inside out. Steve and his colleague repaired a really bad roof leak for us. Steve knew the problem almost before we explained it to him. They turned up on time and worked through to get the job done (over 2 days). The work was carried out professionally and they worked to the agreed budget.
