Turned up promptly the next day after phoning to quote for the new roof on my garage, quote was concise and clear as to the work to be done and the materials to be used. On the day of the replacement roof was to be installed the turned up again promptly and carried out the work as scheduled as per the quote, even though there was an unexpected problem, Paul the roofer explained what had to be done and the problem was resolved accordingly. At the end of the work, everything was left tidy and all rubbish was taken away, you wouldn't even had known that the had been. Very professional, a pleasure to deal with them.

Was very impressed with Tony and his team. Needed to have the gully at the top of our flats repaired, together with replacement of missing tiles. Got 3 quotes of which Tony's was the middle, but came with the insurance backed guarantee. Work was done on time and all rubbish cleared. Price charged was same as the quote with no hidden extras. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Having had bad experiences with roofers before, I wholeheartedly recommend Ashmark. Since I found them in 2015, I feel reassured that if anything happens to my roof I am in good hands: I have had a flat roof replaced and various repairs done on chimney, roof tiles and velux windows. Work was needed on the pointing of the main chimney breast on a pitched roof, the installation of roof tile vents and, importantly, urgent repair work was required on a parapet wall and chimney abutting a flat roof, as these were causing damp in the room below. The same person, Steve, came round to do both the assessment / estimate and the work. He was professional, courteous, always arrived when he said he would and did a great job. Ashmark Roofing were an easy choice. When Steve came around to do the estimate, he did a thorough assessment of the items I had prepared on the list, came up with solutions to parapet wall / chimney problem and gave me confidence that he would do the right job and the estimate that came back afterwards seemed very fair. I am very pleased indeed with the work that was done, and he invited me throughout to see the work as it was progressing and talked through the work as it was being done. I would recommend Ashmark Roofing to anyone and won't hesitate to call them for any future roofing works needed.

The work done was guttering clearance and repair. I had anticipated having to pay for some or all of the guttering to be replaced but was pleased to be told by Tony that it was basically sound and needed only clearing and repair. The work was done promptly and efficiently and the workmen were courteous and helpful.

Ashmark did some guttering and roof tile repairs for us. Everyone involved on their side was friendly and professional, the work looks like it's a high standard. A small misunderstanding (much more likely our fault than theirs) was resolved quickly and amicably, with the opposite of fuss and with Ashmark willingly picking up more of the cost of resolving it than they probably should have. Nice people, would highly recommend.

I had a leaking dormer window with ply fronting that needed replacing. Their quote was reasonable and once confirmed they did their work efficiently with clear, polite communication. Darren the roofer did a great job and came back a couple of weeks later to replace a tile the scaffolders had broken when removing the scaffolding. Communication and advice from Tony at Ashmark was superb. I would recommend using Ashmark Roofing.

I decided to use Ashmark Roofing based on its excellent online reviews which I can now add to by saying they most certainly are true! Ashmark Roofing are reliable, punctual, friendly and most importantly live up to the high standards they set for themselves. I would definitely use them again.
