Ashmark did some guttering and roof tile repairs for us. Everyone involved on their side was friendly and professional, the work looks like it's a high standard. A small misunderstanding (much more likely our fault than theirs) was resolved quickly and amicably, with the opposite of fuss and with Ashmark willingly picking up more of the cost of resolving it than they probably should have. Nice people, would highly recommend.

Ashmark is a professional, efficient firm and not as pricey as some. They turned up reliably, stuck to estimates (barring the discovery of horrors, obviously), cleared gutters and garden afterwards, and the work is all guaranteed (insurance-backed). I've used Ashmark 3 times now, twice for emergency repairs and more recently for a preventative overhaul (3-bed terrace with rear 2 storey addition). I'm a satisfied - and dry - customer. Of course, that means I won't be seeing them again for quite a while (touches wood, crosses fingers, squints at black cat etc.). But if I had another roof that needed attention, Tony at Ashmark would be the first person I'd call.

Was very impressed with Tony and his team. Needed to have the gully at the top of our flats repaired, together with replacement of missing tiles. Got 3 quotes of which Tony's was the middle, but came with the insurance backed guarantee. Work was done on time and all rubbish cleared. Price charged was same as the quote with no hidden extras. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Replaced the flat roof which was done by this company in 2001, 18 years ago. It was done to the agreed schedule and budget. Having been pleased with this service in the past I contacted them again this time. Paul, the roofer came to view the roof condition. Problem: Damage to elderly (Edwardian) roof had led to upstairs ceiling-leak. Ashmark solution: New flashing fixed to complete length of wall. Inside face of wall re-rendered. Guttering cleaned out of front elevation. The work was carried out carefully and efficiently. On completion, all debris from site was removed. I was kept fully informed throughout, and was impressed by the professionalism and pleasant demeanour of Ashmark's personnel.

They are clearly busy at it took a bit of chasing to get a visit and a quote, but once that was done they communicated clearly about the time frame for getting the work done and the small job we needed doing was carried out efficiently and as professionally. The price for the work was about half that of some other companies so very happy with the value for money.

I have used Ashmark Roofing a few years ago to replace the fascia boards and I was happy with their work then. I used them again recently for a small job fixing the guttering. They quoted me a reasonable price for the job. The tradesman who did the work (Steve) is very pleasant and did an excellent job on the guttering. I will definitely use them again.

I needed an old brick shed retiling and a window fitted, with some gutter repairs on the house. The work was all completed, as promised, within one day. Some unforeseen issues were dealt with and re-costed very reasonably. The 3 workers were all helpful, did the work to a very high standard and cleaned up thoroughly when they had finished. I had 2 small flat roofs renewed. The work was carried out at an agreed date and agreed price. When I first contacted Tony (the owner of Ashmark) he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and re-assuring. As I continued my dealings I could see that this is a very professional company. He has restored my faith in the roofing profession!!!! On the day of the work, the two lads were very hardworking, polite and respectful... a credit to the company.
