I had solar panels installed, I was taken through the whole process step by step from sales to installation to after sales by really good, honest and knowledgeable people. The installation day was great, they turned up when they said they would and left sooner even than they had predicted. The only evidence that they had even been there was the equipment installed. Lovely, tidy job which I am over the moon with. I would sincerely recommend ASK Renewables to anybody looking to install solar.

I had 10 solar panels fitted - 5 to the front roof and 5 to the side roof. From the order date I was kept informed every step of the way what would happen and when. On fitting day the installers rang to advise they were on the way and expected time of arrival. The fitting went well, done by clean and tidy fitters, before leaving the workings were explained together with the best way to use the solar energy that would be produced. The following day both the fitters and ASK rang for readings off the panel to ensure all was working well. ASK told me I could ring at any time if I had any queries or questions and I was advised the paperwork covering the installation and the warranty were being prepared and I would receive them shortly.

I had solar panels installed on the roof of my house. First scaffolding was erected and at the end of the job, removed. This was done very efficiently. The panels were installed in one day. The installers were friendly and helpful, and at the end of the job took time to talk me through how the meters worked and what all the flashing lights were for. The meters are in the cupboard under the stairs so they are easily accessible. A thin line of plaster was removed from the ceiling to the florist at the top of the stairs, but as I was in the middle of redecorating hall and stairs this was no problem for me. This was to accommodate wiring from the loft to the understands cupboard.. At the end of the day the site was left clean and tidy. One year later the panels are still up there and I do not anticipate any problems for the future. A very good job well done by Ask Renewables.
