Survey done on date agreed for solar installation, loads of advice around optimal number of panels and batteries etc... installation on agreed day, scaffolding put up the previous working day - by a couple of capable and polite lads. Ben the spark was brilliant adapting some bits of my roof space to make a super neat job. installers on the roof Mark and Rob were really helpful and diligent, did a great job and had it done by mid afternoon, system up and running really swiftly with mobile app to help run the system, followed by a telephone tutorial a couple of days later to optimise the system. Not often i bother to do a review but this company was outstanding and i would completely recommend them from start to finish.

The company was quick, responsive and impressive. The initial visit was quick, the proposal was detailed and clearly explained. The installation was done quickly, neatly and effectively. All involved (scaffolders, installers, Samantha and Tony) were excellent. I strongly recommend Ask Renewables for anyone considering Solar Panels.

A full house survey was done and a system recommended with a detailed quote. Once I accepted the quote a date was agreed for installation. The two fitters arrived mid morning and had completed installation of solar panels, inverter and two batteries by five thirty pm. They explained how the LuxPower app worked which effectively gives a complete picture of what is happening with the system. The system has been running for five weeks with no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend anyone looking for solar installation to use ASK Renewables.

Today's service could not be faulted. From arrival to departure the guys worked their socks off during a very hot afternoon. The team were polite and courteous and willing to answer any questions we had. The electrician took time to help in downloading the app as we struggled, this was really supportive to me. We would have no hesitation in recommending the team to our friends. The service has been outstanding from start to finish.

We have just had ten solar panels installed on our south facing roof. The work was booked in with a brief outline of the work involved. The electrician arrived at the appointed time to install an isolator switch very neat and efficient. The scaffolders came next at the appointed date with a conformation phone call the day before so we could move hanging baskets and an outdoor table in advance. The scaffolders took care to protect the paving by placing timber battens under the metal tubing. The solar panel team came on the appointed day and time introduced themselves, outlined the work they would be doing, eased my concerns about the routes of the electrical cabling and how the panels would be fitted to the roof. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble as they proceeded with the work and things were left in a clean and tidy manner.

ASK have been helpful and approachable from start to finish. Sam, who runs the office, contacted me first and explained everything, she was always available to answer questions and replied very promptly to my e:mails. The guys who installed the panels were friendly and professional. Arrived early, did the job, cleaned up and explained everything I needed to know - including the techie bits. I've also got the knowledge that Sam is there should I have any queries. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

From start to finish the the lads were polite and helpful, the work was of a high standard and nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend Ask Renewables to anybody considering solar panels.

Ben (electrician) arrived first and very quietly but efficiently prepared for roofers to arrive. As a team, they worked, quietly, and efficiently and were very personable and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. No hesitation in recommending Ask Renewables. Sam is very knowledgeable and explained everything, I was wanting to price up a battery but she suggested waiting a year to monitor. This shows great integrity, as it would have been very easy for her to sell me a battery.

A very professional and efficient staff throughout the company, from first contact to the completion of the installation. The surveyor explained all the options available to us prior to us making a decision to go ahead. The two people who came to install the system told us exactly what they would be doing, completed the installation and tidied up when they had finished. They were friendly and professional. I will be happy to recommend this company and will not hesitate to pass their details on to friends and colleagues who may be considering having solar panels installed.

Very friendly and also professional service provided by the 3 guys who installed and connected up the panels this morning. We hardly knew they were there and they answered any questions we had fully. Highly recommend this company. The guys who came to install our solar panels were extremely efficient and polite. They were really helpful and cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess whatsoever. The team turned up and got quickly on with the work. They explained what was to be done and discussed a couple of installation issues. The team covered the stair carpet and (except for one young fellow) looked after my house. Pre and post installation support was excellent.

The above company installed the panels today. The three men who installed the panels were friendly, competent and extremely efficient. They left no mess whatsoever and explained in detail how everything worked in terms we could understand, we are both in our seventies and treated us very respectfully. What an excellent team and their company should be very proud of them. Would highly recommend this company. These three deserve a bonus for their outstanding work. Very satisfied.

Great experience with Ask renewables. I had solar panels fitted with great service with knowlegable staff from the superstar Samantha as co-ordinator, the fitters who explained the app and sorted out the installation for me with no problems to the guys who did the EPC surveys - spot on! AAA+++

First class job, amazingly efficient and quick. Excellent from start to finish, including preliminary meeting and installation. Everything was explained very clearly, and the system is generating loads of power already. Highly recommended.
