We do not send salespeople to your home, we only send our trained surveyors and Domestic Energy Assessors who will evaluate the suitability of your home and listen to your requirements. A very professional and efficient staff throughout the company, from first contact to the completion of the installation. The surveyor explained all the options available to us prior to us making a decision to go ahead. The two people who came to install the system told us exactly what they would be doing, completed the installation and tidied up when they had finished. They were friendly and professional. I will be happy to recommend this company and will not hesitate to pass their details on to friends and colleagues who may be considering having solar panels installed.

Very friendly and also professional service provided by the 3 guys who installed and connected up the panels this morning. We hardly knew they were there and they answered any questions we had fully. Highly recommend this company. The guys who came to install our solar panels were extremely efficient and polite. They were really helpful and cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess whatsoever. The above company installed the panels today. The three men who installed the panels were friendly, competent and extremely efficient. They left no mess whatsoever and explained in detail how everything worked in terms we could understand, we are both in our seventies and treated us very respectfully. What an excellent team and their company should be very proud of them. Would highly recommend this company. These three deserve a bonus for their outstanding work. Very satisfied.

The work was carried out efficiently in a very timely, courteous manner. The three workmen arrived at the time I had been advised and the work was completed very quickly. I was given clear instructions on how the solar panels work. After installing the app which show the energy is generated & used, I was shown how to use it, with the engineer advising me on how to use the electricity generated to get the best out of the solar panels. I would not hesitate to recommend Ask Renewables as I am so far very satisfied with the work carried out.

Just had my Solar panels fitted by ask-renewables, what a great set of lads. The job was completed in about 3 hours. All the slight mess that was unavoidable they cleaned up before they left. Would certainly recommend.

The engineers arrived on site and started to get on with the work straight away. The electrician and one of the installer went up into the loft to check it out and discovered some damp spots on the roof. It turned out that we had some cracked tiles. He said not to worry about it as he would sort it out. He went out and checked the tiles then went to get some new ones for no charge to us. In the meantime the electrician was fitting the equipment in the loft.After the new tiles were fitted the solar panels were fitted . The work was completed and we were shown how to set up my iPad to check the system. I have to say how we were impressed how they all worked to get the work done . Very pleased with everything.
